Excellent position close to all the entertainment areas
Pros:

Great room, upgraded due to aircon not working and keys not working.
The new room had a view over the Temple Bar entertainment area just over the bridge

Cons:

Unfortunately a couple of issues caused us to have to change rooms, but we were looked after.

Great little hotel in central location
Pros:

We are two friends who visited Dublin for a couple of days and were looking for a nice but no-fuss hotel in central Dublin. This place didn’t disappoint : it could not have been more central, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was actually very good. And when we had an issue with bedding one night, Linda came to our rescue right away! Highly recommend this place

Perfect stay, perfect location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We attended an event in Dublin. Location was superb to both the venue and center for shops and cafes. Location felt safe and was easy to access.

Cons:

Nothing I could think of. Mini kitchen and dinning table was an excellent addition for making late night snack after the concert. I cant think about anything negative to say.

Overbooked and Wasn’t given the Room I was Promised!

Location in Dublin

Cons:

I had requested a room on the front during my my reservation. They got back to me and had promised that I would have one on the front side only to check in and be told they had overbooked and only had a room on the back side ground floor right next to major construction of a high rise behind them available. The early morning noise was incredibly bad and woke me after a late night and being promised a difference room. No compensation was offered and they had said someone would contact me and they NEVER have. Very disappointing!

Rooms are spacious,.location is great, breakfast delicious

We faced onto the courtyard, with the window open it was a little noisy. Closed though didn't hear a peep.

Great stay, staff is top notch! Only downside is noise
Pros:

Stayed here this past week on vacation, Overall far more positive than negative. Rooms were clean and comfortable and all amenities you would need. Location is ideal with lots of good North River cafes and Temple Bar across the bridge, everything is easily accessible on foot or via public transportation. Best thing I can say is the customer service was top drawer. Whenever you needed something, the staff responded almost instantly.

Only negative is noise level, especially for the rooms in the 01-06 last two digits. Construction on new building across the alley starts at 7 each AM… not a huge deal for us given we started early most mornings but something to consider. There was a wild gathering in the alley the last night we were there…again not the hotel fault but something to bear in mind for room selection
