I like this hotel because people, foods and facilities are all good. When I used gym, Mr. Dzung ( personal trainer) was nice. He helped me to exercise and use machine.
Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, large, comfortable and modern. The breakfast is impressive. We received a special attention from the waiter Tuan. The gym is modern and a personal coach by the name of Dzung was very helpful. The sky bar is a bit expensive.
They have to fix its air conditioning is too hot.

Everyone has been so generous and polite. I have had a great visit. Dzung from the fitness center and Miss Ha from housekeeping are awesome and treat us very well. Dominic with concierge has been fantastic. I recommend the hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

Great executive lounge with a wonderful afternoon tea, evening dishes and drinks/cocktail menu. Awesome breakfast! Very comfortable and clean rooms. We love the location which is close to The Temple of Literature about 25 minutes walk from the Old Quarter which suited us as we like to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Lovely rooftop bar and swimming pool area.
The place is amazing. Beautifully decorated with exquisite Vietnamese designed furniture! The staff is extremely attentive and the service excellent! Location is a few minutes from some main cultural spots and a short taxi ride from the old city.

Wonderful location next to Temple of Literature, great staff especially the concierge and comfortable large rooms with a fabulous executive lounge serving a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and food.
