At least it was somewhere to stay.

Last minute booking.

Cons:

The front desk staff looking at me like I was insane when I asked for the easiest way to get to my room, the hallway carpets were filthy with stains all over them.. even found someone’s fake nail. The parking lot was sketch. There was yelling and violence taking place.

Overall will not be back

Overall, the property from the outside looking in is very clean. The front desk attendant was very pleasant very friendly.

Cons:

Once you step into the elevator, it has a stench upon getting on the third floor also stinky in the hallway. Upon getting to my room, the air condition was turned completely off so the inside of the room was 85° once we figured out how to turn it on after 3 to 4 hours. It had only dropped in temperature about 5°.
There was also stains or something on the night tables. The plugs at the night tables were not plugged in and did not learn how to plug it in until the last night of my day. You can hear people above you walking on the floor.

Acceptable.
Pros:

At breakfast was great. We loved it each day. Nice and hot and fresh. We really slept well. Everything was good.

Cons:

Truthfully, I can't remember right now. Something didn't work in the room. Oh, yeah, the stopper in a tub would kept locking. So you couldn't take a shower without the water building up around your feet. It was really annoying, but I did tell the front desk, he just laughed, so I guess it means i'm not gonna fix it, or they already knew it

Pros:

Entrance and hotel seem good, great lobby.

Cons:

Room reeked of cigarette and A/C wasnt working asked to be changed and clerk seemed annoyed…. 2nd room was good until we realiezed it had no curtains… so reflector light was infront of our window all night

I've stayed at this facility many times and for the most part it's usually a very good experience. For this stay not so much 😔. The facility was extremely dirty. It almost seemed as though there were no housekeeping staff! I noticed right away the floors were extremely filthy, i.e. the entryway, the hallways, and the elevators. In my assigned room the sheets had stains on them - this I have never experienced in the past! I immediately contacted housekeeping and they changed all the bedding including the duvet and bedspread. The breakfast area the next morning was untidy and unkept. The carpet was also FILTHY!! My experience with this facility is usually rated between 9 and 10. It is with great disappointment this last visit fell way below the mark!!! I would rate it at the very highest a 3 and that's being generous.
