The staff was really nice!

There was a lot of homeless people entering the hotel and it was really uncomfortable how the argue with them.

I liked the overall cleanliness of the hotel and how refreshing it was.

Cons:

The pool was unavailable due to housekeeping apparently losing the key. The couch in my room also stunk of urine and when I'd called about it, I was told to wait 2 minutes to check for another couch or 5 for them to come to my room. 20 minutes passed and no call back so I called again and she told me she'd call me first thing in the morning to switch rooms, she never did.

Terrible.
Cons:

We went somewhere with a pool. The pool had free access from outside the builidng. It was filthy. We then found ou that it was supposed to be close. There was no signage. We only stayed one of 3 nights, but where charge for all 3. After approoxiamately 10 attempts, we were never able to speak to manager. Corporate has been a run around trying to ge a refund. This is still ongoing, nearly 1 full month after our stay.
