Apart from the top notch facility, the level of service and friendly, well trained and presesentable staff was something exceptionally great starting with checking us in with Nancy thought out other service staff such as Asem, Bashar, Mohd and Amer,; I hope my recall of names is correct.
We enjoyed our stay so much and are having early plans to revisit next spring around March 2027 to spend more days tovenjoy Ayla through Cloud 7 and indeed Mama Gaya.

كنت أبحث عن النقاهه والإستجمام فوجدت عكس ذلك

أولا استقبال الموظف السيئ بدون ابتسامه وقام بتأخيرنا قرابة ساعه وطلب منا أن نذهب للكوفي المجاور. ورجعنا ولم ينتهي من إجراءات الدخول. وطلب منا تأمين500 ريال سعودي وعند دخولنا للسويت اكتشفنا أن مكيف السويت متعطل فطلبنا الصيانه فأبلغنا انه قام بإصلاحه بالبرمجه ونمنا في حر شديد وعندما إستيقظنا ليلا من شدة الحر طلبنا الصيانه مرة أخرى وقام بإصلاحه خلال ساعه كامله. وإكتشفنا ان الموظف السابق كاذب ولم يراعي أننا متعبون من السفر والرطوبه الحاره وأيضاً لم يقم بإتصال الإنترنت لنا واتضح انه لايفهم شي بالصيانة والإنترنت وكانت الإطلاله ليست إطلالة مرسى حسب حجزي ومقابل قيمتها. بل إطلالة حديقة وكان عمال الحديقة يعملون على الآلات المزعجه من الفجر إلى الظهر وطلبنا منهم الهدوء ولم يستجيبو لنا وعندما أتت الساعه ال11 صباحا أبلغونا بالخروج الساعه 12. ومن بعدها قامو بإزعاجنا حتى خرجنا وعندما وصلنا الإستقبال قام نفس الموظف بتأخيرنا وعندما أعاد إلينا مبلغ التأمين 500 ريال سعودي. أبدلوها لنا ب200$ مع العلم ان ال200 اكثر من ال500 ريال سعودي. مما يثبت أن الموظف مرتبك. وأترك الحكم لمن يقرأ
