Hotel perfetto per viaggiatori solitari
Pros:

La struttura è ottima per brevi soggiorni di viaggiatori singoli essendo a pochi minuti a piedi da due stazioni del treno e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Shinjuku.
I servizi che offre la struttura sono molto apprezzati come prodotti per l'igiene personale ma anche un distributore di acqua calda/fredda al piano con possibilità di prepararsi un the. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito.
Personalmente la vicinanza della stazione del treno e il rumore causato da esso non sono stati un problema la notte anzi la canzoncina della Yamanote Line è stata come una ninna nanna ogni sera.

Quartier assez bruyant, très proche de la gare donc bruyant le soir et une partie de la nuit car assez mal isolé

Pros:

出張で利用させていただいたのですが、夜遅くのチェックインだったにもかかわらず、快く迎え入れてくださり、また親切に対応してくださいました。
お部屋自体は広くはないのですが、それを感じさせないデザインで、とても落ち着くお部屋でした。
カップルや友だち同士でもいいと思いますが、１人での利用がいいかなと思います。
お香のようなとてもいい香りで、これもまた落ち着く要因でした。

Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったですし、部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

少々電車の音がうるさかったです。また、館内にエレベーターがなかったので階段での昇り降りでした。
ウォーターサーバーが設置してありますが、補充がされていませんでした。
