A thoughtful hotel near the Namba station
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I booked this room for a visually impaired person and his wife. They provided an accessible room with a larger bathroom and no steps, so he didn't bump into anything or trip. We were also very grateful that they let us park temporarily in front of the hotel to drop him off. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Although we love the wide variety of breakfast, my parents found some of the menus are a bit too heavy as a breakfast.
