Hice la reserva y pague. Al llegar al hotel, me dicen que esta lleno, que no hay habitaciones.Les digo como he podido reservar y pagar a la vez, me dicen que contacte con Booking Holanda, que no es su problema. Muy mal, si es su problema porque es su hotel. Eran las 2 de la madrugada y yo sin hotel, les dije si me posian buscar otras opciones en otros MArriots y no movieron ni un dedo. Muy mal servicio

Pros:

Super Frühstück - die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist sehr praktisch - Sehr nettes Personal - alles sehr sauber und entsprechend der Beschreibung auf der Wegseite

Cons:

Im Navi des Autovermieters konnten wir die Addresse leider nicht eingeben, aber mit dem Mobiltelefon haben wir es dann gefunden.

Great breakfast. Fantastic room - lovely sized and nice and comfortable. Definitely wasn't what I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised. I just wish I'd had more time to use the fitness centre rather than having to continue my onward journey!

Cons:

The arrangements for the airport shuttle were not great. Despite ringing to organise, I ended up having to get an Uber at my own expense to the airport late at night after travelling for 24 hours, after being left for over an hour at the airport. The shuttle back to the airport was great as you're in the property and able to wait / discuss with staff easily - it's just at the airport pick-up side!

Pros:

First time at a Residence Inn. . From the service to staff from the front to the kitchen staff and cleaning cant recommend them enough. Theyre also pet friendly with more than enough space. Amara, Lisa, Tyler and everyone else were so great. Cant wait to stay at another Residence Inn

Great stay to close the summer season.
Pros:

Everything was new and kept spotless. The staff are very helpful, and worked diligently while under pressure from demanding guests. Out of the 1,500+ options I was presented with, I am thankful for picking this one.

Pros:

We had dogs in the room next door that barked all day and night nonstop. I realize this is a prt friendly hotel, however the pets shouldn't be ledt alone all day or evening to disrupt other guests.

First time ever getting a hotel to get away from stress, it was awesome, the building is clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were quiet!! Love it 10/10 would come again.
