Fantastisch met een kanttekening
Pros:

Hier is een nette, positieve maar toch kritische review:

Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst en na het inchecken kregen wij de sleutel van kamer 232. Helaas bleek deze kamer direct naast de lift te liggen en beschikte deze niet over het aparte derde bed dat ik specifiek had geboekt. Juist vanwege dat derde bed had ik deze kamer gekozen, omdat ik ervan uitging dat deze ruimer zou zijn.

Toen ik hierover navraag deed bij de receptie, werd mij verteld dat men desgewenst een extra bed op de kamer kon plaatsen. Dat vond ik opmerkelijk, aangezien ik juist een kamer mét derde bed had gereserveerd. Daarnaast had ik een kamer met bergzicht geboekt. Onze kamer keek echter uit op de snelweg. Natuurlijk zijn er in Oostenrijk overal bergen te zien, maar bij een geboekt bergzicht had ik verwacht uit te kijken op de piste of een meer idyllisch bergpanorama.

De wellnessfaciliteiten en het natuurbad waren daarentegen werkelijk fantastisch. Een klein punt van verbazing was dat een grote groep gasten naakt aan het zwemmen was. Het was ons niet bekend dat dit was toegestaan. Omdat een medewerker van het hotel zonder enige opmerking drankjes bij deze gasten kwam bezorgen, gingen wij ervan uit dat dit binnen de regels viel.

Het gevoel bekroop mij dat wij mogelijk naar een andere kamer zijn verplaatst omdat een grote groep gasten een aanzienlijk deel van het hotel bezette. Dat vond ik jammer, zeker omdat ik maanden van tevoren had geboekt en kamers met bergzicht tijdens het boeken nog beschikbaar waren.

Verder verdient het hotel veel complimenten. Er is een ruime gratis parkeerplaats, alles is uitzonderlijk schoon en het ontbijt is simpelweg fantastisch. Wat je ook kunt bedenken, het is aanwezig. Tijdens het verblijf staat er een kaartje met je naam op een vaste tafel, waardoor je altijd verzekerd bent van een plek. Ook de Balinese bedden in de tuin zijn heerlijk en de hotelbedden slapen uitstekend.

Pros:

We stayed there for just one night, but it was perfect. This is a really pleasant family hotel, offering tasty breakfasts, clean rooms, and a lovely swimming pool. We will definitely be back!

Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt zur Durchreise
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und die Außenanlage auch sehr schön. Es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten und die Lage ist auch sehr gut.
Ideal zur Durchreise oder für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Essenzeit bis 20 Uhr ist doch sehr kurz. Leider war auch meine Mini Bar verfügbar. Badezimmer zweckmäßig

Pros:

Modern, gemütlich, sauber und kinderfreundlich. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Schade, dass wir auf Grund des Wetters den Pool nicht nutzen konnten.

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit viel Stil
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht als im Pongauerhof. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und alle sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker, für Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und sogar ein kleines Spielzimmer. Schade, dass wir nur einen kurzen Zwischenstopp hier hatten, denn das Hotel und die Umgebung bieten mit Sicherheit richtig viel!
