Pros:

我們最喜歡這間飯店的地理位置，如同所有前面的留言，位置到每個點都相當方便。 目前座落在街道正在施工捷運站， 晚上還是很安靜可以舒服入眠。僅uber車子會停在鄰近的街道無法直接到飯店一樓。21樓有大廳風景非常漂亮，22樓有酒吧餐廳週末很多帥哥美女精心打扮進行用餐。
飯店步行2分鐘有輕軌站， 步行3分鐘有鐵路站，步行大約15分鐘可以到達雪梨歌劇院和皇家植物園，步行15-20分鐘可達QVB, 步行30分鐘可以到達令港，。 5-10分鐘路程的 food court 有4個，10分鐘內路程的超市Coles, Woolworth，IGA 有5個, 飯店一邊是喬治街，輕軌沿線，沿路走往中國城間有逛不完的商場和吃不完的餐館，離精品街近在咫尺。
飯店服務人員對房客展現出和藹和體貼以及服務專業，有事情反應或是合理要求，他們總是能盡快完成。
飯店房間視野非常好，採光極佳，在市區內房間空間算舒適且佈置得宜，浴室是有手拿式蓮蓬頭也有固定蓮蓬頭，使用相當方便，設計感極佳，唯客廳燈光光線較爲柔和，晚上不適合閱讀書籍或操作電腦。但房間床頭有閱讀燈。 浴室抽風機非常安靜，排油煙機幾乎聽不到聲音，洗碗機、洗衣機和烘衣機也方便操作，電動窗簾很智慧，像溫暖的家。

Cons:

其實飯店真的很棒。 只有一個小建議可以在客廳多一個插頭方便充手機和工作電腦，不習慣睡覺的時候手機在床頭櫃進行充電。客廳有插座在小廚房台上， 若是在燒水或加熱食物時，比較不方便一起使用。

Pros:

My second stay at this hotel. This time I left a necklace on the bedside table and realised this 6 hours after checking out. I phoned the hotel, they took a note of it and called me back within an hour advising me they found my necklace and we arranged how it would get back to me. Wonderful service on top of an already excellent experience.
