Pros:

Good view, good location, good service from all staff

Cons:

Unfortunately, hsk team please double check bed underneath, there’s a lighter & tissue ball, dishwasher has a powder bag which been used when I checked in, kettle has water from last guest, snack plastic bag under the coach seat

A bit meh for me!
Pros:

Nice clean room. Staff ok at check in. Room small.

Cons:

Was just a bit meh, can’t really put my finger on it other than we’ve stayed at better places and I didn’t enjoy it as much. Greeted on ground floor by staff who took information then send you to the 21st floor to check in - a bit strange.

+ großes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett.
+ super Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen. Bahnstation direkt gegenüber des Hotels.

Cons:

- Fenster im Poolbereich (21. Stock) waren offen und dadurch war es zu kalt, um auf den Liegen zu entspannen.
- Teilweise musste man etwas Geduld aufbringen, wenn man auf den Aufzug gewartet hat.

Location is perfect which enabled walking to all of our attractions, stage shows, casino, restaurants, cafes and ferries.
Only had one breakfast in house.
Reception and concierge personnel were very helpful.

Cons:

No issues really, we sorted out more frequent replacement of towels as we stayed for a week. Replenishment of chocolate sachet and tea bags was a bit hit or miss but minor issue.
