Disappointing and never again.

The location

Cons:

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The amount of dust was unbelievable. On the windows had drawings of a penis and next to it the words “clean me”. Absolutely disgusting.
I left a personal item in the room when we checked out and I called the hotel the following day, they said that they will check with housekeeping and call me back. Never received a phone call back from them. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely loved it. Will be back. Stunning place to stay.
Pros:

It’s such a beautiful hotel. So stylish, smells divine from the minute you walk in. Perfect location. Amazing rooms, with everything you could need and super comfy big beds. We have stayed before and loved it even more this time. Will be back again.

Cons:

I swam each day of our stay, pool was much warmer than our last stay but still could have been warmer. Breakfast at Nancy and Deans was good- but had better breakfasts at other cafes nearby. Some staff are lovely and very friendly, some don’t look very happy.

Room wasn't cleaned very well, very dusty.
Rooms much smaller than they appear in photos online.
Noisy on friday and Saturday nights with night club next door. Hard to sleep.
