Loved it! Our last hotel in Tokyo, we stayed 4 nights and loved it.

Personal foarte serviabil, acorda atentie si raspunde detaliat la fiecare intrebare, pana cand clientii sunt complet multumiti. Foarte curat in camere. Ceea ce ai nevoie ca si facilitati igienice si cosmetice zilnice este accesibil la dispozitie 24 / 7 la receptie, inclusiv o sticla de apa pe zi. Se ofera si doua variante de mancare la pranz. Micul dejun la alegere, foarte bine organizat si nu supraaglomerat. Locatie minunats, la doua statìi de bus de gara Centrala din Osaka, se poate ajunge si pe jos fara multe bagaje in 10-12 minute. In 7 minute este accesibil cu taxìul si autobuzul-limuzina spre aeroportul Kansai. Recomandam calduros.

清潔感があり、お風呂とトイレが別々でゆっくり休めました。夜も静かで良かったです。

Cons:

椅子がお風呂と部屋に無かったこと。帰ってきて足がパンパンで、座って洗いたかったのと、朝化粧をするのに座ってしたかった。

Nada en especial

Cons:

-Habitaciones llenas de polvo, y que pese a la limpieza diaria y dejarles apartado el comodin para que pasarán por esa zona. Colocaron nuevamente el comodín sin limpiar. (Les trasladé dicha queja)
-Debido a eso, cada dia me he levantado peor de la alergia (pese a tener que medicarme cada vez que entraba en el hotel.)
-Desayuno del hotel, bastante malo, elegimos incluso, el clásico japonés y dejó mucho que desear. La mayoría de huéspedes, dejaban platos llenos e incluso se iban a comprar al kombini más cercano
-Zona bastante llena de locales de alterne
-Por el conjunto, precio-calidad, habiendo tantas opciones en la ciudad...bastante negativa

Boa estrutura, limpo, quarto com um espaço bom para os padrões no Japão e os atendentes foram sempre solícitos com a gente.
