Overall this was a very good stay. Would definitely stay again if the price is right.
Pros:

Room was clean and had entrances close to parking and elevators. Location close to the Tanger Mall allowed for many choices for food.

Cons:

We needed some rolaids and didn't want to go to a store immediately so bought from the counter at an outrageous price. When we tried the morning breakfast the bottled water was warm as if it had been sitting in a warm storage room.

My reservation was moved to Home2Home who knew we were coming.

Cons:

Don't know how you don't know the reservation was changed. Detest working with AI and not being able to speak with a human so this is not surprising. What is surprising is that this is the second time I have answered this with your company so obviously humans don't read these responses either!

Everything! From the delicious breakfast to the friendly and accommodating staff, our stay was excellent from start to finish. This was our second time staying with this hotel chain, with our first stay being at one of their Ohio locations. We were impressed then, and we’re just as impressed now. Very pleasant, super respectful people, easy for new travelers.
