Cons:

Locuri de parcare insuficiente, spatiul pentru mic dejun foarte mic, baile sunt exagerat de mici chiar si pentru persoane normoponderale, liftul este foarte mic (4 persoane / 320 kg este exagerat). Daca mai ai si bagaje, nu pot intra 2 persoane.
