Pros:

Locations, staffs, facilities

Cons:

Even though I’m staying for 9 days, there is no cleaning service. They don’t refill the tissues unless I ask the staff, but they do replace the towels every day.

Pros:

- Excellent hotel. This was the prettiest hotel we stayed at during our time in Japan
- I am very impressed that they offer all guests complimentary beverages everyday in the reception
- Gorgeous reception room
- Superb location. Couldn't have asked for a better location

Cons:

Rooms are the standard (which is on the small side, but it's what is to be expected in Japan and doesn't really present any issues)

Pros:

Un super hôtel proche de la gare de Kyoto, personnel très accueillant, les chambres super propre et insonorisé, le buffet est excellent beaucoup de choix style japonais et américain ce n’est pas le choix qui manque je me suis régalé, je vais y retourner sans hésitation
