We would visit Voco again
Pros:

I loved the fact they had free bottled water (still & sparkling) to collect on the reception level! It was so convenient! The location was absolutely perfect for our stay, even though we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm, the staff were great and let us stay an extra 30 mins to have our breakfast and then check out.

Cons:

The light switches are very fiddly and seem they would break easily, as we struggled at first to turn on/off some lights.

So central, top views
Pros:

I helped booked this for daughter and her boyfriend to celebrate their birthdays and explore the city. The location was fantastic, very central and within walking distance to great shopping, plenty of restaurants and the MCG. Breakfast included was lovely.
The room itself was clean , comfortable and being on a higher floor, the city views were amazing.
I would love to book again for myself, definitely recommend this place for a city getaway.

Cons:

The only downside was the lift system, which appears to be a bit overly complicated to navigate. This was quickly solved by young people, but I wonder how older travellers would be able to understand this.

Pros:

The service from start to finish. Valet parking till checking out, staff were friendly.
Complimentary drinks as we celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The room was amazing. I liked the water station in the lobby where you can take a bottle to your room. Definitely coming back to go to the black smith restaurant an youse the pool.

Cons:

Cant fault the voco.

We loved the space and especially the breakfast and coffees. The location was fantastic.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, with lots to choose from. The restaurant was a lovely space to start the day. We really liked the variety of bread and pastries. The staff was very friendly and we had great coffees every morning.

Cons:

The ensuite was good but not the best or newest.
