Amazing facilities, great staff and the Location is literally perfect.
The staff were mostly very friendly and professional.
I arrived at the hotel after hours but didn't have prior knowledge that I needed to have called up before gaining access into the hotel. That was a very unpleasant experience.
We didn't stay because there was no parking as per information on booking. Says valet parking however there are only 5 spots in the basement.
Being lied to, even after a phone call verifying parking

It lacked considerably in cleanliness and attention by staff.
Perfect location close to transport, cafes, hidey hole bars, restaurants and shopping.
No driveway for taxis and no concierge on ground floor for security. Elevator floor system was frustrating and needs more explanation at check in.
1)The bathroom is dirty alway, the cleaner didn't proper clean up the hair or rubbish on the floor.
2) The duvets is dirty, but after complaint they change a duvets

Staff were so helpful and breakfast was great.

The lift can be a little hard to use but nothing that can't be managed
Size of the room was spacious. Adequate sized bathtub.
Location was not as central as we preferred. Water was complimentary but neede to be collected from reception level.
