Good boutique hotel
Pros:

The room was smallish but very comfortable and clean with great views from the 13th floor. Without exception all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I liked the idea of the sparkling or still water bottles available from the reception area to take up to the room. Amenities such as shower caps, slippers etc were offered at check in and were delivered to the room. Valet parking was expensive but extremely convenient and a safe and secure place to leave your car and especially not having to worry about squeezing my car in some pokey car park was worth the extra money. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Finding the entrance was a bit confusing and if arriving by car make sure you access the car park at 374 Lonsdale and drive down the ramp where the valet parking is. If the gate is closed there is a phone number listed to call.
The room lighting was also a challenge. It took me ages to work out how to operate them. I would suggest management leaves some instructions for future guests.

Romantic getaway
Pros:

Loved the location, how clean it was and the breakfast was amazing also loved the view from the bathroom of the city lights.

Cons:

That we didn't get to stay longer.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The hotel has some really cool features which I’d definitely stay again to take advantage of! Breakfast was awesome, and the bath tub in the room was so nice!

A clean, comfortable and well designed room in a great location with a stunning view.
Pros:

The location is great, easy to get everywhere in the city and close to plenty of food and activities. The facilities are well equipped for work, rest or play. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The in room lighting is a bit confusing and there were no bathrobes or hair dryer in the room which was a bit disappointing on a cold Melbourne morning.
