התנהלות ויחס התקיף של המנהלת מתחיל מתרגיל של דחיית ההזמנה בבוקינג בטענה שכרטיס האשראי אינו תקין , קבלת הפנים עויינת ומתקיפה , כל זאת על מנת לבטל את ההזמנה דרך בוקינג ולקבל תשלום ישיר.
