Pros:

The location was perfect. It was great to be able to walk everywhere, with both the Old Town and the New Town only 15 minutes away. It was also right across from Haymarket Station, which was really convenient for train connections or for getting there from the airport.
The lounge was equipped with a coffee/hot chocolate machine that you could use for free, as well as a fridge, sink, cutlery, dishes, and a big table where you could eat. There were also extra towels and toiletries available to take if needed.
There is no staff on site, but they are very responsive and get back to you quickly whenever you need anything.
Although the room and bathroom were small, there was enough space for one person.

Cons:

The sink was really small, so it was a bit uncomfortable to use.

Pros:

Location was perfect, across the road from trains/trams/buses and only one stop into the centre of Edinburgh yet no noise at all. My single room was very comfortable with a large window overlooking trees in a central courtyard. Well designed with everything you need in a small space but with very high ceilings so it did not feel claustrophobic

Cons:

The stairs with my bag. But not enough to not come again.

Ideale Basis, umldie Stadt zu erkundigen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute Verbindung zum Flughafen.

Great location. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was no cold tap water to drink in the living room and no bottled water supplied or leaflet explaining there was a kitchen on the ground floor which would have been helpful. I would have appreciated a manual lock on the door as I felt a bit vulnerable with an electronic door opener and no way to stop someone coming in should they manage to gain accesss.
