The location was amazing, the room was so neat and tidy, the beds were comfortable
There was a mishap with the buffet breakfast that took a while to resolve but all was well in the end.

Emails encouraging you to check-in/check-out online as if they prefer no personal interaction with their guests. The location means a bit of noise from the CBD: late night revellers, rubbish trucks etc.

Noise coming from the club across the road went on until the early hours of the morning, there was no way of getting to sleep. The hotel really needs to work with the council pr EPA to reach a solution.
Room had a funny smell, which others have commented on in the reviews, shower not the cleanest.
