Brekkie is ok
The lady at check-in had a very poor attitude. There were two of us staying, but she only gave us one key card. When I asked for a second key card, she actually glared at me. I had also purchased breakfast, but she didn’t tell me where the restaurant was or provide any information about it.
The room was not cleaned at all, and the bathroom smelled very bad.
Great location in the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to all the city attractions.

I found the staff to be quite rude and standoffish. I wouldn't stay again due to this.
Good location
We were on the sixth floor and we may well have been sleeping on the sidewalk outside. we were impressed that we could almost name every tune play between the hours of 1 am and 6 am from the nightclub on the opposite side of the road. When we rung reception about the noise the solution was to provide us with earplugs, not the kind of customer service we’ve come to expect from the Quincy hotel but it’s what we got.

There was a hole in the bed sheet. The tap kept falling off.

Our throw pillows looked quite dirty and had marks/stains on them like they hadn’t been washed. Also staff came to make the bed, but didn’t remove the small amount of rubbish we had in a neat pile to be taken away

Heated indoor pool was clean and great to use. Staff were friendly and helpful with my requests.
The sink drain in one room smelled a bit off and thermostat wasn't working, but once I changed rooms my experience significantly improved.

Noisy on a weekend with the bars/clubs on the same street so would bring ear plugs if you’re on the lower ground floors (I was level9). The gym equipment was minimal would be great if they had an erg bike or similar.
