Great central location and the bed was very comfy, room was kept clean thanks to room service and the building was very beautifully designed. Plenty available to watch on tv and had room service delivered once as well which was nice after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

The one morning we had buffet breakfast was a let down as everything was empty and cold at the time we got there (around 8) and it took a while before it was all stocked up again. Was likely bad timing but for $30 it felt like a let down as the staff weren’t attentive to us at all or the food clearly, we stayed around for a while and scrambled eggs weren’t refilled in time, for example. Quite disappointing as this was my birthday morning and we wish we got a la cart in the end! Some other interactions with staff were also a bit cold or awkward like when we needed help from the front desk but at least we got the help we required.

Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The location was a bit far from the main CBD area, which made getting around less convenient. The room service was poor, and the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

The pool was extremely small — more like a bathtub — and couldn’t comfortably fit more than a few people at once. The room itself was very small and not very clean. I also noticed stains on the bed, which was quite unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel stay.

Lovely staff, great food. my room was a bit small for 2 people.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Pool was nice

Cons:

the pillows. need softer and smooth pillows.
The gym was small and there was not enough room for me to work out. Also l think if there is more than 2 people using the gym there should be a time limmit on the treadmill. I was in the gym for about 30mins doing weights and hoping to run on the treadmill. I noticed a lady was on it over 70mins.

Very loud at night, makes sleeping difficult. Can hear thumping nightclubs and street noise - yelling, cars, garbage trucks, etc.

Groovy. Great location. Lovely staff. Comfy bed and tasty food.
Pros:

The breaky was tasty and provided me with a variety of nutritious foods to kick start the day. Fruit, juice, full hot breakfast and croissants.
I loved swimming in the pool and admiring the view.
My bed was super comfy and the decor was very groovy.

Cons:

I was only on the 4th floor. I would have loved to be way up high.

Nice hotel and rooms - just far too noisy.
Pros:

The hotel itself is great. Rooms nice and clean etc. staff were great!

Cons:

It was ridiculously noisy. Street noise together with inter-room noise. We had three rooms and no one got any sleep. If Quincy would invest in some double glazing and upgrades for noise absorption it would go a long way!

Will be back
Pros:

Excellent support and assistance on arrival to allow earlier check-in. It was greatly welcomed as had total hip replacement only 16 days prior and allowed time to have a welcomed rest.
