Grown up hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We've been coming here since it opened - great location, under used gym, cosy bar. Lovely staff.

Cons:

As returning guests - they always seem surprised.. do they not keep client records? Even with the change from Next to Hilton?

Good location, good value, rooms generous and quite nice so it’s a good option
Pros:

Location, rooms generously and clean, decor quite good and bathrooms quite good too. Good communal spaces

Cons:

Lack of water provided, pillows and the rooms are starting to feel a bit tired needs a refresh soon.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. Modern and clean facilities, great location and lovely staff. They even accommodated a late check out when requested at check in. Comfortable bed and great amenities in the room. Would stay here again

Pros:

The staff were great and the location excellent.
The room was cosy, great lighting.
The breakfast as part of the room price was really good.
And I liked that they accommodated my request for an early check in.

Cons:

The blanket on the bed was stained and had a hole in it. But I did call through and they sent someone up with a new blanket.
There was a pillow menu but im not keen on using QR codes to get things.
