Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location. Close to trains and buses. Many restaurants nearby. The beds were comfy, rooms quiet and the atmosphere very calming. We had a great stay.

Nice, comfy, close to the CBDs East End but there won't be a Next time for us.
Pros:

The room was a comfortable size. The hotel was close to where we needed to be with great restaurant options close at hand.

Cons:

Shower leaked water from poor design (frameless shower), fairly overpriced in-room bar fridge basics for what there was.
Breakfast and its setup were mediocre, I left hungry as the vibe was of that we weren't allowed to have more than the bare minimum (freshly cooked eggs/bacon/hashbrown etc) without paying more for an included continental breakfast.
