Pros:

A great place to sleep well for exploring tokyo.
Pros:

It was a peaceful and comfortable night of sleep. They recommended some great neighborhood shops and dining.

Cons:

Not the most convenient neighborhood for seeing the top sightseeing, since you usually need to transfer trains.

Excellent visit in Ueno
Pros:

Great location in the middle of quite area of Ueno. Easy access to visit. Good size for Tokyo room and good facilities for independent stay. Excellent communication by operator catering to all our needs.

Schöne Tage in einem stylischen Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern, zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und für japanische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich groß. Besonders die gemütlichen Betten und die großen Balkone haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.
Das Hotelpersonal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und bemüht. Mit Englisch war die Kommunikation zwar teilweise etwas schwierig, allerdings haben sich die Mitarbeiter immer große Mühe gegeben und letztendlich hat alles problemlos funktioniert.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man befindet sich mitten in Tokio und hat dennoch angenehm seine Ruhe, da das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und von dort aus kommt man problemlos in alle Teile Tokios.
Die Mitarbeiter gaben uns tolle Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants in der Umgebung, wo wir hervorragend traditionell japanisch essen konnten. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen, bis wir dann spätabends ein Taxi zum Flughafen nahmen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

ロケーションが非常に良かった。神楽坂駅から歩いて10分以内。周りに飲食店も多く、夕飯・朝食にも困らなかった。
受付の体制や建物自体のつくりは簡素だが、その分お部屋がとても整えられていて、お風呂も広く、宿泊中快適に過ごすことができた。

部屋が広々としていてゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons:

明るい部屋が好きなので照明の明るさが調整できると良いなと思いました。また、トイレとお風呂の扉が干渉するところが少し気になりました。引き戸なら良いのになと思いました。
