Pros:

clean and staff are great and friendly

Cons:

noisy the worst I have experienced in Japan was given another room at the back of hotel was much quieter but still noisy.

Wish I could have stayed longer. I love Tokyo.
Pros:

Just very good service. Friendly staff. Towels and toiletry replaced everyday. Great location. I miss Tokyo already. Been there 2x already in my life.

Pros:

Excelente trato, servicio cordial, comodidad, ubicación muy buena. El personal es muy amable y atento. El hotel cuenta con excelente infraestructura, seguridad y tecnología.

Cons:

Lamentablemente las ventanas de mi habitación estaban selladas y eso provocó que el olor a encierro fuera insoportable a pesar de que que contaba con aire condicionado para mitigar ese olor.

Fiyat performans açısından beklenilenin oldukça altında kaldı.
Pros:

Oldukça kibar çalışanları var. Konumu gerçekten şahane ve kaldığımız odanın konumundan mı bilmiyorum fakat inanılmaz sessiz bir odaydı.

Cons:

Oda o kadar kirliydi ki girer girmez ıslak mendillerle her yeri üstten silmemiz gerekti. Çünkü bahsettiğim sıradan bir toz değil öbekler halinde dergilik vb yerlerin içleri dahil her yerdeydi. Çöp kutuları çok küçük olduğu ve düzenli alınmadığı için zaten küçük olan odada bir de çöp poşetleri tutmak zorunda kaldık. 5 günlük konaklamamızda 1 defa temizlendi. Her gün havlu vs koyuldu ama keşke her gün bornoz değiştirileceğine çöpler alınsaydı. Son olarak odadan çıkış saati o kadar erken ki sizi daha fazla kalmak için ödeme yapmaya mecbur bırakıyorlar. Standart oda çıkış saatinde çıkmak için fazladan 2000 tl daha ödedik.
