Pros:

Ein super hilfbereites Personal. mit Herz.Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Hotel ist mit Liebe ausgestattet.
Das schönste Hotel,das ich bisher hatte.

It was surprising how bad the cottage was.
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Room was small, wires hanging all over, air conditioner noisy, mattress uncomfortable, could hear adjoining rooms, cars right outside door, outside furniture dirty and old, tight parking. This was cottage 24.

We had great weather and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

One block from boardwalk and beach, great location and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was not working on the day we checked in and we were happy to get moved to a first floor room. Since it was right before the summer season started, we were surprised that there were many loose screws in this room. The bathroom faucet was very loose, the shower handle was loose, and the bathroom fan was pretty dirty. My husband always carries a screwdriver with him so he tightened the screws. I would have thought that at the beginning of the season, everything would be in tip top shape.

Pleasant stay but won’t choose again
Pros:

Location is amazing. The place was built over 100 years ago but the owners have attempted to modernize it a bit.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. You can hear people in the room next door and in the hallway. The beds are like futon mattresses and now to the ground without a box spring. Our side table between the beds was so rickety we were afraid to move it.

Stayed here during off season (May) great price, great location! Absolutely love the balcony. Hallway is tight, elevator

Pros:

The location is great. The rooms a good value for money

Cons:

The door is shower does leak around edge, I think door should be on other side of striping and rge hit abd cold knots reversed in shower but other than that, nice very clean room abd nicely decorated. The outdoor balcony very roomy and nicely furnished
