Amazing, welcoming place to stay and will be back again!!
Pros:

It’s a cute place. Perfect location. The room was lovely and the staff was so nice, welcoming, and helpful! We will be back again.

Cons:

The ceiling fan wouldn’t turn on without the light on, as the lever on the fan was stuck. Not a big deal though as the AC works great.

Pros:

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly. Loved the pool.

Cons:

Chair on second floor outside elevator shows were and tears. Cushions on balcony rockers need replaced. And bunting are badly faded and need removed.

I'll definitely book here again!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect! You're located towards the middle of the boardwalk, one block away, and near the bike rentals. The pool area was very clean and very beautiful, the beds were soft, management was friendly and helpful, and there's free on-sight parking.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit struggled to keep our room cold at night.

Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. Not a luxury hotel but an unbelievable value especially on a weekend night early in the summer season. Super convenient location, a block from the beach and boardwalk with a reserved parking place.

Cons:

Really, it was just fine for what we needed on a one night stay. If you were staying longer, it would be nice to have a few kitchen accessories like silverware, plates, cups, glasses. There was a full size refrigerator with a freezer but no way to prepare even a sandwich.

Mattress was stiff as a board. A/c unit in a location that didn't sufficiently cool the room, but due to age of building and room configuration, not much they could do.

Absolutely a beautiful find with amazing location and staff
Pros:

The location was perfect. Staying in two rooms but having our friends right next to us was great. Needed a first floor room due to my walking issues and it was done with 0 issues! Friendly and caring staff!

Pros:

Location wise ocean manor is in a great location. Only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Other places in town are within walking distance as well.

Cons:

Bathroom door hinges were weakening making closing and opening the door difficult because the door was heavy. Walls were thin as well (or maybe just the windows) but it was very noisy at times.
