Reception opening hours during summer are as follows: every day from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, except on check-in and check-out days when reception is open from 07:00 to 20:00.
During winter, reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00. Please note that these opening hours may be subject to change, and guests are kindly advised to contact the residence before arrival.
For stays of one week, keys are available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure.
In the main building, the lift does not serve the fifth floor or some apartments located on the first floor.
In case of a specific request regarding apartment allocation, please contact the reception. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.
The price includes bed linen, bath linen, TV, a cleaning kit, free access to the residence's heated indoor panoramic swimming pool and solarium, as well as all taxes and charges (except the city tax). Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set out in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Basic WiFi access is included for browsing the web, checking emails and using instant messaging. Full Access WiFi (high-speed internet connection for up to 5 devices connected simultaneously) is available at an additional cost.
The heated indoor panoramic swimming pool and solarium are open daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
A table tennis table is available within the residence, and paddles can be purchased at reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Super emplacement et la résidence très sympa avec parking juste à côté très pratique et la piscine à disposition pour se détendre après une bonne journée de ski

Proche des pistes, réceptionniste aimable, bon établissement et belle piscine.
Accessibilité au centre à pied en 30-40 minutes.
Le restaurant gros bémol, personnel peu aimable, le service vraiment pas terrible, accepte des tables à 20h30 mais aucun réassort du buffet (les plats retirés vers 20h50). Personnel mécontent qu’on soit encore en salle vers 21h15-20. Repas très cher pour ce qu’on avait dans les assiettes !
