Disappointing and way overpriced
Cons:

In a bad neighborhood. Their description is just an absolute lie. No fancy toilet just a cheap toilet seat. The bathroom and room are so small you can hardly get around. They claim they looked 6 months for the perfect location. The location is horrible though with so many homeless
