Parking could be better but no complaints and they need a body length mirror in the room for outfit check.
If you are looking for a spot that is in downtown and you can walk everywhere this is your place. I loved the location, my room was perfect because it had what I needed my own restroom and a comfortable bed. They don’t have their own parking lot, but in front of the hotel there’s one that is safe and it only costs $11 per day.
The staff wasn’t super friendly, usually I ask what can I do or what do they recommend to do in the city, but the lady that was in the reception didn’t had the best attitude. So I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything.

Very good location. Easy 10 minute walk to The Adolphus to give an idea of where it is. Basically no more than a 5-10 minute walk to find some kind of food or drink. Great for solo traveler.
I know the idea is to cut out a lot of the extras to provide a less expensive lodging for folks, so I get that there isn't a coffee maker in the room. Still would be cool to have coffee in the room if you were to add just one thing. There is coffee at the front desk/bar, along with some croissants and stuff, but they aren't included with the room. Which, again, I get that the whole idea is to cut out extra stuff. But maybe like each guest gets a voucher or something for one free coffee downstairs?

This was an unexpected gem! I booked last minute for a work trip and was a little concerned because the location was downtown, but there was nothing to fear! The parking was convenient and well priced and the location was easy to get to as it was outside of the true hustle and bustle of downtown. My room was quiet, clean, and modern; which was perfect for me. Also, the check in was so great! Thank you, Bethany! I would definitely stay here again.
