Great facilities
Pros:

Very modern, spacious rooms and great gym facilities. Location also very convenient.

Cons:

One front desk staff member was not particularly friendly, and unfortunately his handling of our check-out left us ending an otherwise wonderful stay on a stressful note. He blamed us for not pre-paying our airport transfer, despite us never being informed that this was required. There needs to be clearer communication around this process, and guests should not be blamed for misunderstandings that could have been clarified by staff. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in, quickly resolved the issue, and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. It's a pity, as our experience was excellent aside from our interactions with him.

I would like to sincerely commend Tamara from Guest Relations. She consistently makes every stay warm, welcoming, and truly fulfilling. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests have made a lasting impression.

The food and service at Hyde Rosebank are excellent, but what truly sets the hotel apart is the Guest Relations team—particularly Tamara. She has made Hyde Rosebank the obvious choice for me whenever I visit.

Vibrant, stylish get away in a great location
Pros:

Location, modern yet cosy rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Young and vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast is good quality.

Cons:

Depending on where your room is, the noise from the News Cafe opposite can be heard until the early morning, which isn't great if you're a light sleeper.
