Depending on where your room is, the noise from the News Cafe opposite can be heard until the early morning, which isn't great if you're a light sleeper.

Localização excelente! Dentro da região de Rosebank e conectado com restaurantes e shoppings. O Gautrain também fica muito próximo.
Hotel location was excellent, just near Rosebank mall with lots of eateries and shops nearby. Hotel staff were excellent in meeting requests ( safari tour, airport transfers, etc). Rooms were clean and fairly large. Not a fan of having toilet and bathroom as separate rooms though. Breakfast had limited selections especially if you are staying for a few days.
Cynthia is an excellent host from start. Bright, welcoming, confident, pleasant, respectful, competent, attentive, responsive, and interacts well with guests.
Cynthia and her young, energetic team are impressive for hospitality they provide. They care by repeatedly asking about my stay, daily activities, and offer help when needed. They seem easy going, light spirited, fun to be with.
Room is clean, fresh, stylish, modern, and comfortable. Personal care products in bathroom are of high quality. Quality coffee and tea supplies are more than adequate for several days. For environment sustainability, filtered water for drinking comes in tall glass bottle and can be replenished on request.
Located within enclave with visible private security personnel stationed at various points, fairly wide, quality retail including Woolworths, and F&B options.

One of the loveliest, friendliest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. Located in a secure area and close to the Rosebank Mall. The staff were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The food in the Proud Mary Restaurant was delicious. Thank you!!
I really enjoyed my stay at HYDE the hotel is super cool and has a nice buzz its very well located the room was clean and spacious and the team was super kind and helpful. Especially Tamara from Guest Relations, she really made us feel so special and looked after. She took care of us and made us feel so special. Honestly i will only stay at HYDE in johanesbourg
