清潔だし、すごく広くて綺麗でした。残念なことにステイする時間が短かったので、もっとステイしたいなぁっていうのが感想です。

Fortune and Dante were lovely hosts and very attentive to my needs. The Mclub was immaculate along with the variety of food and verge options. My stay here at the JFK Marriott is always amazing and I’d highly recommend guest to stay here.

We have stayed here several times and have always found it pleasant.

It is a Residence Inn so don't expect full hotel service with all the bells and whistles.

The check in is generally smooth.
There is no bellman, so you'll need to take your own luggage to your room, and they have a luggage cart if you need it.

The rooms are clean and in good condition with a kitchenette.

The walk-in shower is really good

Breakfast is a self-service affair with ready-made scrambled eggs, various breads, bagels, fruit and extras.
It's got everything you need for a decent breakfast and coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

The only drawback which should be improved is that breakfast closes very early (9:00 am on weekdays and 9:30 am on weekends).

Parking is extremely limited, but they do have valet which is generally efficient.

The staff are all amazing, helpful and friendly, however, Shreadeen deserves a special mention, due to her efficiency, helpfulness and positive attitude.
Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she remembers us each time we return.

Our stay at the Residence Inn has been phenomenal. We have been placed here due to a fire in our house. The staff at this hotel has been nothing short of accommodating, friendly, cordial and willing to help. Kyle is friendly, attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Keylester and, Kareem the cooks and breakfast attendants are very nice and have catered to our every need. The girls at the front desk are friendly, the valet parking staff have done a wonderful job at retrieving and parking our vehicle they are always on point. The atmosphere at this hotel is amazing the lobby area is well lit, also very inviting and cozy. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Myself and my family are thankful to everyone who has made our stay pleasant amidst our situation. Thank you to all the staff.

Had a great time this weekend with my family at the Marriott JFK location. If you ever visit definitely stop by the Mclub on 11th floor Fortune and Dante was great. Definitely visit them again!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience dining in at The Quimby. Giovanni was an excellent server. She was very attentive and kind. Will certainly recommend.

I like the quality of the complementary breakfast and the friendliness of staffs at breakfast and while I was using shuttle.

Zhamani was an absolutely pleasure of a server. She was very welcome and attentive. She made for a great dining experience.
