Hotel hat von sich aus Rückerstattung für 1 Nacht angeboten (wg. defekter Klimaanlage und unerträglicher Hitze im Zimmer)
Klimaanlage defekt, Ventilator stand bereits im Zimmer und hat in keinster Weise gekühlt (trotz Wissen wurde uns dies beim Ceck-In nicht mitgeteilt), nach 1 Nacht in anderes Zimmer umgezogen

The air conditioning in our room could not be turned off, making the room uncomfortably cold throughout our first night. We reported the issue during the afternoon, but it was not resolved. Later, when we came back to the room it was not resolved and we reported it again. As it was already late at night, we were advised to simply cover up and go to sleep, despite the room remaining cold. We had to cover our heads with pillows and the blankets up to our chin. In addition, at check out, we were informed that the manager would contact us regarding the matter, but we never received a call or any follow-up communication.

Great hotel, loved the location (my old neighbourhood so great to revisit where I used to live). Staff and facilities were excellent including the studio kitchenette and cooking facilities
The bed was incredibly low and was two singles pushed together which is not comfortable. The bed was way too low as it was just centimetres off the floor. I was told post checkout that they do have higher normal beds in other rooms so I could have swapped but it's a shame that wasn't made clear when I checked in. Knowing this though would make me come back for sure.
