Nun ja es so hätte mehr Erwartet
Pros:

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob es sich überhaupt lohnt, etwas zu schreiben, da ich nur eine Nacht dort war. Der Grund für meinen Aufenthalt war eine Ausstellung in Gunskirchen.

Das Zimmer war groß genug und grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage könnte allerdings deutlich besser kühlen. Das Bett war ebenfalls okay, sodass ich für die eine Nacht gut zurechtgekommen bin.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es für mich insgesamt in Ordnung. Für eine ausführlichere Bewertung war mein Aufenthalt allerdings einfach zu kurz.

Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat:

Für mich ist es nicht in Ordnung, wenn in einem Hotel praktisch kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist und offenbar niemand erreichbar ist – außer einer KI. Gerade bei einem Aufenthalt am Wochenende sollte zumindest eine gewisse Erreichbarkeit gewährleistet sein.

Auch der Getränkeautomat im 1. Stock hätte meiner Meinung nach vor dem Wochenende funktionieren und entsprechend gefüllt sein müssen. Wenn man abends noch etwas trinken möchte, ist es wenig hilfreich, wenn man vor einem nicht funktionierenden Automaten steht.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer selbst war grundsätzlich okay. Im Badezimmer gibt es allerdings Verbesserungsbedarf. Besonders an den Chromteilen der Dusche, am Duschkopf und an den Armaturen des Waschtisches waren deutliche Kalkränder zu sehen. Das muss meiner Meinung nach nicht sein und vermittelt leider den Eindruck, dass hier eher nur schnell darübergewischt wurde.

Beim Frühstück war ich ebenfalls enttäuscht. Für € 18,- hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet als einen Papiersack, der vor der Zimmertüre steht. Außerdem gab es beispielsweise keinen Kakao. Nicht jeder ist Kaffeetrinker – gerade bei einem Frühstück sollte es meiner Meinung nach auch für andere Geschmäcker eine Alternative geben.

Für eine Nacht war der Aufenthalt insgesamt okay, aber gerade bei den genannten Punkten sehe ich noch einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial.
