Pros:

Zeer modern en luxe uitgerust hotel met eigen parkeergelegenheid midden in Hagen. Hele ruime kamer met zeer veel opbergruimte.
Bij het ontbijt zorgde de kok voor een ei naar wens. Dat vervolgens als kunstwerk op tafel verscheen. Het brood en de broodjes waren erg lekker.
Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de keuze om buiten of kn parkeergarage tegen een verschillend tarief te parkeren was fijn.

Cons:

In zo'n grote kamer was er ook plek geweest voor een klein koelkastje. De keuze bij het ontbijt was op zich goed maar standaard. Bij de uitstraling van hotel past een uitgebreidere en lokaal assortiment.

The hotel was well maintained with modern facilities.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a phone in room and iron/steamer in the room. Parking was difficult in the garage .

Insgesamt zufriedenstellend eine Spätbetreuubg und eine handliche Klimabedingung wäre wünschenswert
