Сложно сказать

Cons:

Грязновато, сантехника старая грязная не исправная, полотенца старые застиранные, нет пляжных полотенец, самый грязный и ни разу не числился бассейн за 7 дней, маленький холодильник, морозилка полностью заросла льдом, на ресепшене и вообще на территории нет ни одного человека обслуживающего персонала

Понравилась цена и впринципе номер не плохой

Cons:

Персонал почти все время отсутствовал на ресепшене. Персонал не отвечал на смс и звонки . Персонал игнорировал намерено! В номере было очень грязно и накурено. Нам обещали уборку два дня подряд, но никто не приходил ее делать. После двух моих просьб начали полностью меня игнорировать вплоть до выезда.

Cons:

Différents désagréments lors de notre très à court séjour d’à peine 1 nuit: chasse d’eau non fonctionnelle et nous sommes restés coincés dans l’ascenseur. Pas de parking défini: places dans la rue.

Heureusement nous avions prévu beaucoup d’activités extérieures, on arrivais dans le logement que le soir.
Pros:

L’appartement est bien climatisé, la piscine est un points fort quand on voyage avec des enfants, et la situation géographique est bonne.

Cons:

Sincèrement un mauvaise expérience. La salle de bain est très inconfortable : à chaque douche, l’eau se répandait partout. Les matelas et la literie sont très usés et mériteraient d’être remplacés.

La cuisine est également très mal équipée : Il n’y avait qu’une poêle et une casserole pour une famille de 5 personnes, ce qui est largement insuffisant. Plusieurs ustensiles essentiels manquaient.

La sécurité laisse aussi fortement à désirer : la rambarde de la fenêtre de la chambre parentale n’est pas fixée, tout comme le balcon. De plus, la table et les chaises du balcon sont inutilisables.

Enfin, la réception brille par son absence. On croisais de temps en temps le gardien.
À notre départ, nous avons dû laisser les clés dans un meuble à l’entrée, sans véritable accueil ni prise en charge.

. Wi- fi не ловит!!, телевизор разбит , попросили заменить, не поменяли. Пол весь вздут. Персонал ужастный, клиентоориентированности, даже малейшей нет!!

Pros:

La piscine et le faite que le logement soit bien climatisé.

Cons:

L’équipement et les douches on besoin de réparation, actuellement je suis logé au 3ème étage appartement 7 et la douche est complètement casé, la machine à laver fonctionne mais elle a de la rouille.

A good value money. Near the location you can find a lot of grocery stores (Sok and A101) with good prices. 15 minutes f
Pros:

The location is in a quiet area, close to grocery stores and public transport stops. There is a pool.

Cons:

You couldn't always find someone at the reception.

Don’t take first floor but upper floors are good.
Pros:

They are so kind and friendly.

Cons:

I had to extend my stay, they offered me first floor, it was horrible, it is glass and you see the pool so you feel the pool is part pf your room and who’s going to swim like living with you and so noisy 😬 the bath room was very bad , any body from upper floors goes to bath room you hear loud noise…. . The floor was destroyed.

But at forst i was in 3th floor, it was pretty clean and good .

Pros:

A fost destul de ok hotelul dar in pacate piscina nu a fost functionala pe toata durata sejului nostru, la curatenie se mai poate lucra putin mai atent, locatia e buna pentru cine prefera liniste, noi am fost multumiti.
