Pros:

Outstanding breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Hotel taxis and purchases are about 4x as expensive as what you can get on Yango or the petrol station a half mile away.

My Four-day experience at Holiday Inn - Lusaka, Zambia
Pros:

Rooms, the general environment or atmosphere, location or proximity to key meeting centres, and the staff are excellent. It is quiet, very clean and relatively good value for your money.
Breakfast is good though the main meals menu may need to be enhanced a little bit. The atmosphere was conducive for business discussions and relaxation.

Pros:

I appreciated the cleaningleness of the rooms and level of personalised details in welcoming. The waiters were friendly although the menu was limited especially on the local dishes

Pros:

The location and good internet.

Cons:

There was no noise isolation with my neighbor. I could hear everything. It is quite annoying when your neighbor starts being active at 5am and that wakes you up.
Restaurant was very expensive.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The quality of the breakfast was good, but there is scope to improve the selection by offering more variety

Cons:

I think extending the check-out time by one hour would make the experience more convenient for visitors.

Pros:

The exceptional service given by Mirriam at the front desk, the day I arrived. She took her time explaining everything without taking for granted that I could have an idea how things work. I noticed the same with the customer she attended to, right ahead of me.

Cons:

The shower head kept dislodging from the hose whilst in use. There's need to look into that.
