Pros:

Got upgraded to a larger room which was very nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The food was great. All around good service

Cons:

Staff didn't step in when another guest was playing loud music from her phone at breakfast, which obviously bothered several other guests

Family holiday in Lusaka
Pros:

Prima hotel, goede locatie. je kan ook gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het naastgelegen Continental hotel. De kamer was prima, een van de weinige hotels in Lusaka die voor een gezin met 2 kinderen geschikt is.

Cons:

Het restaurant was prima voor ontbijt maar beperkt voor de avond. Gelukkig kan het naastgelegen hotel dat ruimschoots goedmaken. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd en erg koud.
