Receptionist was the sweetest and kindest person ... clean, new and place to get a good night's rest... we skipped breakfast- but looked like there was a spread... free charging for the car- albeit slow charger...
The hotel was clean, check in staff was very pleasant, and breakfast hit the spot. However, our room 512 had a very squeaky floor and a strange vibration noise that sounded like someone knocking on the wall. I could not sleep good until I used ear plugs. I could also hear the neighbor’s conversation thru the lock off doors.
The staff was friendly. The grounds were clean. The location of the hotel was easy to get to. The check in and check out process was convenient! They have an excellent breakfast! We stayed here for a night on our to Bodega Bay!
Hope this location stays sparkling new forever. Great base for exploring Sonoma and nearby concerts and events. What a pleasure to walk into a well designed room where everything works! Shout out to Marriott design team: simple, efficient, clean design, no sharp corners, big counter space, easy to use handles and knobs. No fussy stuff! Lobby is the same, thoughtfully designed w easy nook printer, sleek chairs, no obnoxious artwork, the usual big breakfast setup was hot and ready at 6:30 am. Thank you team Rohnert Park.
Bed was a bit harder than we like.
My room was upgraded. The check in process was smooth. There were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. The location was ideal for my trip. The staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay there again.
The employees that worked at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff were also very friendly. The only interactions I had with the cleaning and maintenance staff was in passing and they also said hi and wished us a good day.

Like your friendly staff and free breakfast and cleanliness. Lady at front desk is very nice. Lady that services the breakfast area is hard working and efficient. Rooms are always clean. It’s close to the casino.
I stay here frequently. It is by far the best hotel in the area. It runs like a hotel by the way, not a motel! What they provide in terms of atmosphere, service, and facilities is much, much better than most Fairfields. The hotel "punches far above its weight." Ana at the front desk was super helpful and delightful for check in, she provides anticipatory service in a friendly way. But all the staff are just as good too, I have never had a back check-in experience here and in fact many memorable ones. On top of all this, the hotel's rates are usually very under control and reasonable. So if you are in this area, absolutely this is the TOP place to stay by far. And set your expectations high.
