Za danú cenu sme očakávali viac.
Pros:

Čistota v celom komplexe.Príjemný personál.Nočný bar bol výborný.

Cons:

Izba pomerne malá vybavená starším nábytkom. Pri mori malá kamenistá pláž len pre malý počet klientov daného rezortu. Slabý večerný program viacmenej len pre deti.

Cena bivanja presega kvaliteto nivoja Bretanide

Urejen objekt, okolica in čistoča samega objekta, prijazno osebje, raznovrstna izbira hrane

Cons:

vezano na predstavljen nivo hotela Bretanide in ceno ki jo plačaš za ponujen aranžma in ceno sva:
- v sobi pogresala, stvari ki so obicajno na voljo:
- avtomat za pripravo kave in čaja
- hladilnik mini bar je bil prazen, kljub temu da je bil cenik na voljo
- v kopalnici, ni bilo na voljo, šampona in balzama za lase, kozmetični set (vata, vatirane palčke )
- kopalni plašč in copati
- restavracija, postrezba hrane na liniji je bila v casu kosila in večerje prepočasna, saj je v vrsti stalo tudi med 30 do 50 obiskovalcev ki so cakali da si vzamejo hrano na liniji tudi po več minut
- red na bazenih ni urejen, na bazenu Relax se kljub temu podijo in igrajo v vodi otroci kjer to ni dovoljeno, prav tako kopalci koristijo dolocene rekvizite v bazenu, ki prav tako niso dovoljeni, kar je jasno oznaceno na tablah pri bazenu
- prvi jezik hotela je Nemščina ceprav je hotel na Hrvaškem
- ob večerih za odrasle na terasi ni aktivnosti oz je slaba, dogaja se le matineja in animacija za otroke, ni glasbe ob kateri bi lahko odrasli uzivali in morda lahko zaplesali

Wir waren im Juni und im Juli , wir mussten nie um liegen kämpfen das war perfekt... Das essen war himmlisch. Ein gelungener Urlaub..

Cons:

Es könnten cocktails auf der all inclusive Karte sein,und vielleicht für zwischendurch ein Obst nicht nur Äpfel..

A Truly Authentic Bari Experience
Pros:

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely incredible: the property is situated in a beautiful historic house in the heart of Bari’s old town, surrounded by centuries of history and authentic local life. Walking through the narrow streets and living in such a historic setting makes you feel remarkably close to another era.
What made our stay even more exceptional was the host. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing the local culture, they made us feel at home from the very first moment. We experienced Italy in a much more authentic and personal way and felt the true spirit of Italy.
We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic, memorable, and uniquely Italian experience.

Helt ok opphold, men fine fasiliteter. Lei av å ikke forstå info på tysk! Lei av å ha maur overalt!
Pros:

Vi likte aktivitetene man kunne gjøre på området. Mye variasjon og ikke altfor mye mennesker og kø. Lunsjen var veldig god alle 5 dager.

Cons:

Vi mislikte at det var masse maur på rommet som klatret opp i senger og kofferter. Fikk heller ingen balkong på rommet og følte oss stengt inne på kveldene, spesielt når det står i beskrivelsen at bassenget stenger 20:00, men når vi ankommer kl19:15 har de allerede stengt og begynnt vasking.

Når vi sjekket ut av hotellet, kommer vi ned til resepsjonen. Det blir vi bedt om å hente våre egene håndklær av en sur resepsjonist som nesten ikke kunne engelsk.

Dette var en gjenganger blant de ansatte på hotellet. Under hele oppholdet blir vi pratet til på tysk og all info blir skrevet på tysk. Dette gjør at gjester fra andre land ikke føler seg særlig velkomne på hotellet. Dette burde informeres mye bedre på nettsider!

Great location, but disappointing all-inclusive experience
Pros:

The location is amazing, the food is good

Cons:

Dinner hours are too limited. Dinner ends at 9:00 p.m., and around 8:40 p.m. the staff already starts removing the food. In many countries, 9:00 p.m. is when people are just starting dinner, especially while on holiday.
I also didn't like the way some local staff treated employees from the Philippines and other Asian countries. I saw them being shouted at several times, which was uncomfortable to witness. They were always kind and friendly to us, so they deserved better treatment.
I also disliked that the entertainment and many other activities were only in German. Even the announcements were often not in English. It gave the impression that the hotel is only for German guests. If that's the case, they shouldn't market themselves to so many other nationalities.
Finally, the all-inclusive drinks were very disappointing. Most cocktails were of poor quality, while decent drinks required an extra charge. That defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive package. I don't think what we pay matched the quality.
