Important information:

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants.

Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed.

Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner.

In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

Please note WiFi is only available at reception.

Cribs are subject to availability.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Muy bien
Pros:

Es precioso, cómodo, personal amable, piscinas geniales

Cons:

Poco personal para las ordas de gente que aloja, pocas máquinas de café que se estropean constantemente o se quedaban sin café, se montaba muchísimo lío en el buffet

Estancia agradable, muy limpias las instalaciones, zona solo adultos , para relax y tranquilidad . El personal agradable

Las instalaciones , si bien las habitaciones necesitan algún mantenimiento, el la ducha, alcachofa. Las lámparas del salón origen las que dan a piscina deben poner las mesas bajo la lámpara pues las personas altas se dan en la cabeza

Amazing family holiday
Pros:

We visited last week on a big family holiday aged between 6 and 65. We absolutely loved the holiday and did not want it to end. Plenty of pools to play around in for the kids and never a lack of sunbeds regardless of if you get there at 9 am or mid afternoon. The food choices were brilliant and with fussy children it was still very easy for them to eat what they liked and enjoy it.
The transfer is a bit of a stomach churner as it is up and down the side of the mountain. Quite a few people felt sick after it.

Otherwise it was an absolutely amazing holiday and wouldnt hesitate to return!

Pros:

La arquitectura del Hotel, la piscina, los espacios abiertos. No había q esperar para nada, siempre hay hamacas. Las comidas son muy buenas. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, donde pasar unos días de desconexión. Preciosas puestas de sol.

Cons:

Los colchones no son tan cómodos como esperaba.

El alojamiento me cobraría en el hotel al final pagué antes y por una habitación con vistas al mar tenía vistas a palmeras y edificios (costo más por esas vistas )

Another triumph.
Pros:

Last year we visited La Palma and Esencia and I left a glowing review with 3 requests for our “inevitable return”. Well we did return this year and I was over the moon to find the 3 requests had been implemented. These being: more vegetable options in the Origen, longer bar opening times at the Coral, and entertainment in the Adult Only section. This hotel listens to their guests. We had never returned to a hotel before this time and I fear we may have to return again! Big shout out to Sari, Fredy and Silvia who all made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Staff are friendly but they don't know where they are sometimes. Order drink vodka soda and lime not like I had to repeat my order 5 times in the end got vodka tonic... Maybe they would do with some training behind the bar
