Ann, Avril, and Junior in the M lounge were great! Always a nice atmosphere, good food, and great service. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will be looking forward to my next stay!

We had a nice long layover at the Marriott JFK airport hotel. It gave us the perfect refresh we needed! The hotel club was especially helpful with access to food, snacks, and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable!

I needed to be at the Conference rooms over the course of several meetings this spring & summer and always felt welcome and a sense of hospitality just being in the lobby, checking bags, and having coffee in between sessions. All the front desk and catering staff were always helpful with questions. Majory, Julie, and Robin were especially attentive and helpful in always making sure we had enough food, snacks, and coffee in between sessions. I was often there early and they were especially nice in making sure the early folks had coffee.

M club was fantastic! Fortune was wonderful! So helpful, finding is a seat and sharing a lot of information!

My husband came for business to New York, we are not new to Marriott, we have been in your hotels all over the world . And the people that you have working at the MCLUB

Specially Fortune she goes above and beyond to help us and work with us in anything we need ! He really makes us feel like family! I never had any one at Marriott treat me so well and listen to my needs like she does.

My wife and I are on our way to Hong Kong, so we stopped to have breakfast at the M Club this morning before we head to the airport. What a nice spread! Also love the look of the club in view of JFK. The hostess with the mostest! Fortune was amazing! We will miss her, but we’ll be sure to stop by again whenever we’re traveling through JFK in the future.

Shuttle bus was a good option

Fortune and Dante in the M Club are amazing. Fortune is such an asset for Marriott her positive attitude, friendliness and never say no philosophy made our stay and those in the club memorable.

I practically live at the Marriott JFK due to work, and every stay has been an excellent experience. From the moment I arrive, the check-in process is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

One of my favorite parts of staying here is visiting the M Club upstairs and catching up with Fortune and Dante. Their hospitality and genuine conversation make every visit feel personal and welcoming.

The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. They create an atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home. I’m always impressed by the consistency of the service and the warmth of the staff.

I highly recommend the Marriott JFK, especially to anyone who travels frequently. The people here are what make this place special!

The food served for my dinner at The Quimby Marriott JFK was very good. I had the house salad with grilled chicken, dinner rolls and glass of Merlot. But the service was even more impressive. Server Zhamani was very friendly, attentive, professional. She is the best server of all the restaurants I visited in New York!

We loved Jisselle and Nadia and Lucerne.

I stay here often for work. I have never had anything but a pleasant experience. The hostess, Amelia, remembered me and greeted me like we are old friends! Zhamani was my server tonight. She is fantastic! So friendly, and attentive, without hovering. Great experience!

As someone who is gluten free it’s often hard to five food options and even harder to find places that provide them. When I stayed at the Marriott and went to the M club, Ann was SO helpful and even called down to see if they had any other gluten free options they could provide. Not more than 15 minutes later, she walked over with warm blueberry gf muffins. It was truly so exciting and so kind of her to find someone that I could enjoy! Thank you Ann and the M Club staff for being the most hospitable!
