Very nice and convenient hotel with pleasant staff. Much better experthan the TWA.
Pros:

Restaurant was great, quick service and a good kids menu. Staff were nice. Room was big and comfortable. Shuttle to the airport was great.

Cons:

The shuttle to the hotel from the airport required us to notify hotel when we were at the pickup point. We were concerned our international phones wouldn’t work so we felt obliged to uber.

We stayed just a night after we missed or flight. The hotel is very close to the airport and have a shuttle service that make it convenient

Pedimos una noche adicional porque no habia late.check-out pasadas las 4pm. Nos dejarln conservar el cuarto.

Solicite a la jefa de turno que limpien el cuarto mientras estabamos fuera unas 4 horas, porque pagamos un dia completo para estar 8 horas mas nada mas. Nunca limpiaron el cuarto y cuando nos quejamos y dijimos explicitamente que ya no lo hagan porque mi hijo de 4 años iba a dormir, tocaron la puerta para limpiar. Descoordinación total.

Essaye de respecter les 24h quand quelqu’un vient à 15h où venir en retard laisser la personne quitter à 15h au lui de 12h car non seulement j’ai plaidé pour ça afin de profiter
