Perfect Short Stay for Vienna Exploration
Pros:

Loved the breakfast! The family table set-up and the combo of buffet plus one ordered main course worked really well. Overall the whole "vibe" of the hotel was one of community and shared experiences. And the rooms are the perfect mix of comfort and efficiency.

Cons:

Not sure if we caught a shift change with the staff, but the first night we were there for dinner it seems like we (and the solo traveler sitting next to us) were completely forgotten after we had already interacted with a server. Not until the solo traveler got up and asked someone did we see our wait staff again. Hopefully just a glitch.

Genuinely one of my best hotel stays I've ever had.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and so friendly, and the actual space is extremely cool. I love the common area upstairs that doubles as the reception. The rooms are really cool, and I thought the loft setup worked really well. There's a ton of cabinets and shelving, a great kitchenette, the bathrooms are great; I really cannot fault them at all.

Cons:

The cable machine in the gym was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Food prices are a bit on the high side relative to the city in general, at least if you're just wanting something to serve as a meal, but there are plenty of options around.

Die Zimmer waren sehr einfallsreich! Auf engstem Raum, mehr als man braucht!
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Pros:

Sehr platzsparend eingerichtet trotzdem war alles vorhanden tolles Konzept für ältere Menschen vielleicht nicht so gedacht!
Die Aussicht ist ein Traum man sieht direkt über den Prater und ziemlich weit rundherum auf Wien! Wir haben zwar nichts gegessen aber das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen sah sehr gut aus!

Cons:

Anmeldung Bei der Rezeption ging nur mit Computer und mit einer Englisch sprechenden Dame als Unterstützung Die allerdings sehr nett war!

Cons:

Obsluha v restauraci často nemluvila německy, jen anglicky. Menší nedorozumění v obsluhování v baru a restauraci. Někdy nás u stolu neobsloužili vůbec, někdy opakovaně a neměli přehled o placení a objednávkách. Tvářili se nepříjemně, ve smyslu, že jsme jim asi narušili systém, ale nik nám ho nevysvětlil. Až se člověk bál si něco objedat nebo zaplatit (u stolu?, na baru?). Stačilo by zlepšit komunikaci.

Overall quite disappointing this time around, I don’t think we’ll come again.
Pros:

Lovely facilities upstairs and good location

Cons:

This is our second stay, room on the first floor - sadly quite dirty, canal in the bathroom is messed up, no housekeeping in the four days we were there

Komfortables Zimmer direkt am Prater
Pros:

Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist für einen Wochenend-Trip unschlagbar. Außerdem: Super nettes Personal.
