Pros:

清潔感あり。夜は静かで良かったです。
お風呂も綺麗でゆっくり過ごしたい方にはおすすめ。

Cons:

駅から遠いのと、コンビニが近くにない。(10分ほど歩けばある)
あと朝食がすごく並ぶので、
改善してほしいなと感じました。食べるまでに25分ほどかかりました。

Pros:

清潔感があり、老舗旅館に滞在するよりもお得に感じました

Cons:

朝食中、時間が迫ってる中でも、貴重な休日のひとときを過ごしていたのに、ここは、9：30完全撤収します。と、強く言われましたが、、やはり接客業として、客に不快にならないような伝え方に欠けていたので、残念になりました。「例、お食事中のところ失礼します。楽しい中大変申し訳ございませんが、9:30までとなっておりますので、ご協力お願いいたします。」など、伝え方次第で、相手に不快な思いをさせないで済むと思います。また海外からホテルに宿泊する外国人も多い中で、イメージが悪いです。従業員も時間との勝負で仕事をしているかと思いますが、慌ただしい中にも笑顔や余裕を見せていくことが大切と感じます。
・フロントのスタッフさんは、目の前を通りかかっただけでまいちいち、一言発してましたが、そっとして欲しい時もあると思います。必要ないのでは。改善求めます
