It was very clean and the staff was great
They put me in a room that couldn’t lock fully and put me right next to the ice machine on the first floor and I could not sleep with all the traffic going on and with how many people need ice at various times during the night

I was a bit worried because I have never stayed in a comfort inn before. We were looking for a clean new hotel with comfortable beds, great customer service, dog friendly, good breakfast and walking distance to many dog friendly restaurants- like Outback Steakhouse patio. This place was amazing and hit all of these 10/10. We will definitely stay again - thanks guys

This was our first time staying at this hotel in Harrisonburg and it was wonderful! Beautiful, very clean, front desk staff was SO pleasant and the breakfast was great!
Nothing really, although the mattress was a little softer than we are used to but not a huge problem.

Quite, convenient location, good facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast items were limited but the cheese omelet and sausage were much better than the usual scrambled egg and soggy bacon fare.
When we first entered the room there was an odd odor which we became accustomed to over time. There were crumbs in our chair and the parting line between the shower base and shower wall was yellowed. Don't know if it was normal wear and tear or lack of cleaning.
