周辺に飲食店も多くあり楽しめました
Pros:

タリーズで朝食が取れるのは便利でちょうど良かった
駅にも近く新幹線チケットの変更もしたが苦にならなかった
繁忙期にも関わらず比較的リーズナブルに利用出来たのも高評価ですね

Chinese達のマナーの悪さを改めて痛感した
Pros:

立地は良かった、コンビニと駅は近い。

Cons:

ベッドメイク、リネン交換だけして後は全くしてない風呂はピンクカビが生えて匂いも臭く非常に汚い、全く清掃などはされて無い。
朝のモーニング付きだがTULLYSの定員は非常に面倒くさくそうで態度が悪い。
booking .comで予約してリクエストを入れたのだがホテル側からはその様なリクエストは受け付け無いやめてくれとbooking .comには言ってるといい、駐車場代を別途取られた。
次回からはbooking .comを使う事は無いだろう。最悪でした。

ホテル全体の素敵な点が特定のスタッフの行動で台無しだった
Pros:

・熱海駅が非常に近くアクセスが極めて良い
・ロビーや客室を含めホテル全体が綺麗で清潔

Cons:

・8/12の16:00~18:00頃にフロント業務をしていた男性の対応が好ましくなかった。言葉遣いには問題を感じなかったが、チェックイン操作を自分で行なっているときに、特にこちら側がヘルプを求めていないかつ操作方法に困っていないにも関わらず、急かすように細かく操作を指示をされた。私だけではなく、同伴者である友人もこの対応に戸惑っていた。
・チェックイン前だけでなく、チェックアウト後も宿泊日内であれば荷物を預けられるようになれば良いと思う。
