Hotel has a great location, good size rooms, confortable bed and good shower
The cleaner lady didn’t clean the room for 2 days in a row, so I had to ask to someone bring some towels and take out the trash.
Another bad point, I asked the guy at check in time to switch my payment card for another card and he said that he would do it, but then gave me the keys to the room. So when I said that I had not paid yet, he said he charged the first card, even though he was suposed to change my card for another one.

The a/c wasn't working in our room. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, and a very friendly, competent engineer came to our room literally within minutes and fixed it.
Breakfast: We paid to include breakfast with our room for two nights. To our surprise, this meant getting a voucher for $15.00 that you could spend at the coffee shop in the lobby, and if you didn't use the whole $15.00, you didn't get any money back! So there was zero point in "including breakfast" in the price of the room - it cost the same -- or less -- if you just paid for what you ate directly!
Breakfast: There was no fresh-cooked breakfast - just ready-made foods. Greasy egg & bacon muffin, sugary pastries and too sweet yoghurt. Except for a nice fresh fruit cup (in plastic container), there was nothing really healthy.
Rooms: If you are two people in a room they BOTH need an outlet on their side of the bed to plug in their phones to charge at night. And if you are two people in a room they BOTH need a luggage rack. And basically no one ever needs cupboards in a hotel room. So it seemed like money and effort had gone into the wrong things. The room was not practical the way it was set up.
Lighting: Poor lighting in the room and in the bathroom.
Bathroom: I'm pretty sure a man who was around 6'7" tall designed the bathroom. There was no hold-able shower head - only a shower head stuck to the wall about three yards above the floor. There was a shelf in the middle of the mirror over the sink, that if you had put anything on it, you would not have been able to see yourself in the mirror if you were a woman of average height. There was one ill-placed hook in the bathroom, and not enough counter space to put toiletry kits that had to go next to the sink, since there was no hook to hang them on.
The whole place sort of seemed designed by someone who had never actually stayed in a hotel before.

The location is great with proximity to dining and campus.
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived for fifteen minutes. The blanket on the bed was tattered, chairs by elevator coming apart at the seams, and just felt a little worn out. Different finishings and linens are needed to elevate. Bar should be 25+. Too many drunk college kids sucking on one another. Literally.
I had a great experience with the valet service! Carrigan was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy, and his customer service really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in providing great service. I definitely appreciate Carrigan for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Went to the graduate and had valet take my car while friends, family and I stopped at a local restaurant and later went to the bar. I believe his name was carrigan but a great respectful guy, and got my car back in a timely matter. Would recommend
