Stay here often, nice, clean, good location
For the first time, front desk person was rude, given a room with 2 double beds rather than the king suite we reserved. He would not even look at the booking confirmation on my phone and argued with us that we reserved a double and not king when I had the king confirmation in my hand.
Clean, convenient location
One male staff member had an attitude and was upset with another client, and took it out on me. Did not inform me I could get coins for the laundry room at the front desk, instead told me to go across the street

Close to lots of restaurants and right across from a Sheetz

Room was clean, quite, and roomy. Staff was nice we checked in very late.
Breakfast was subpar, very disappointed.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having a couch and comfortable chair snd two tv sets was a plus. Beds are comfortable and clean. It’s a pleasant place to stay
We stay here frequently and the desk staff are always polite and respectful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Some of the housekeeping staff could be nicer. This was the first time one of them were inconsiderate. All other times, they were wonderful.
