When booking 5 rooms or more, different terms and conditions will apply.

- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking

Breakfast was nice room was ok
Shower trim sticking up cut foot on the trim
This was a little far from pier but there was a bus service down the road so great to hop on and off and the hotel was on the front great view

The sewerage smell in the bathroom
It was on seafront.
The rooms were not as we expected. Smelt musty, curtain hanging off windows hole in bathroom door reported to reception nothing was done. Very dated hotel rooms were certainly not as advertised when made booking. No food served in evening due to staff shortages had to go out and find a restaurant. Certain would not return to this hotel in the future.
Llandudno is beautiful place
Same as what I put in the first box damp and room was not up to standard and we are waiting on reply for refund as we are pensioners
The room was grey and dirty cracks in the walls it smelt damp and was not fit to be in you could smell the damp when you walked into reception which was filthy and very inviting I would not stay there again
I was disappointed that there was no lunch or dinner for the whole duration of my stay. I would have loved to have access to all my meals in one place.
L'emplacement, notamment sa proximité à la mer, est formidable.
L'absence de brosse à WC dans les toilettes. Par ailleurs, je leur suggère de compléter les équipements de la chambre en y ajoutant un petit réfrigérateur et si possible le micro-ondes pour permettre àaux clients qui ont des habitudes alimentaires difficiles dues à leur santé de suivre et contrôler leur régime alimentaire.

The view was great from the room.
The room was supposed to be for two people and there was no even room to put my feet on the floor next to the bed. It would have been adequate for a single occupancy room. None of the placements of plugs and furniture made any sense at all. The general standard of finish was quite poor and to top it all window cleaners washed the windows with them being open soaking my phone. Not impressed!

A typical English breakfast. Nothing to complain about. The location was very good, though the view from the window wasn't necessarily great :)
I understand that parking spaces are limited due to the location, but the "first come, first served" policy should be changed to "first to book, first to have."
Food 8/10
No Parking. I asked for disabled space and ground floor room. Ended up 2nd floor. Wait for 2 person lift was a long time. Could not stand long. Needs hail each floor by lift. I cannot walk down stairs.
