We made the most of our stay....as we came to Meet up with family....
Pros:

The staff were nice x

Cons:

Room very pokey. Not clean at all.....very dusty.
Mattress lob sided...sloped at one side....we felt one of us was up and the other down.
The location of the hotel was a little far away .

Hotel, is very mis leading from advertised to what you get.
Carpets need ripping up , the whole hotel need renovating to be in line with other establishments along the sea front , its was disgusting.
Booked a double room was given twin room , tea coffee facility in room only for 1 person not 2.
Bed sheet stained and bathroom was disgusting.
Window was closed curtains wide open so on such a hot say to arrive no fan available, when opened window we received delightful smell of the extractor fan from kitchen area sun shone straight of the silver casing straight through window. That out look into the back street.
Husband call when booking went through for a little extra as we where celebrating our wedding Anniversary .

Excellent breakfast and service.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the breakfast and staff very helpful.
The location would have been better for me if it had been more central but that is my mistake.

Cons:

The single rooms could be better. Always placed at the back of the hotel.
The room could have done with a deep clean and carpet cleaned.
All carpets dirty and stained and that does not give a good impression to a guest.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

The staff were polite.

Cons:

The bed was lumpy.the toilet didn't flush. We asked for a other room. They had someone leaving at 7 the next morning. But only offered the room at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and didn't want wait all that time and we might have been in the same situation The landing floor was was up and down. The whole off the upstairs of the building needs a major overhaul. Smells moldy. We arrived on the 27th and left on 28th. Left a day earlier. Because of the standard of the hotel on the upper floors and given us a room a alternative room late in the afternoon which we felt wasn't good enough. And ground floor rooms and passage way. Didn't smell that good also. Very disappointing experience 😞 never written a review like this before. We are pensioners and out off pocket. And feel people should know before they book this hotel. Decent stay in a beautiful area!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location, not far from the station and right on the promenade! Fair prices for the area but seems fairly expensive for what you're getting. Comfortable bedding, shower was great. Would definitely stay again but feel that the prices should reflect the space better.

Cons:

The bed frame felt like it might collapse every time I turned over, was super comfortable but the bed frame itself felt very cheap. No toiletries or hairdryer as advertised on their website. Was in room 126 - very hot (was a very warm week weather wise) but no way to cool down the room. Also my room was only accessible by stairs, not the end of the world but something to note for those with mobility problems (there was an elevator but it doesn't service all the rooms).

It was clean , bar service by Ann was great but rest is good still can be improved
