Very disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointed with the hotel, feels very dated, the room smells bad the bed Is very cheap and uncomfortable, breakfast was good but several nights we were told there would be a night porter for drinks after 11pm only for it not to be true and bar closed at 11pm. Very poor service and outdated hotel.

Hotel for dogs who want the best ... and for humans
Pros:

For me, how the staff treated Winston the dog was the best. They filled the public dog water for him so that he could have fresh water, and everyone seemed delighted to see him. His eye lump bled on the bed, and I wasn't charged for it. I really expected to be, so that was wonderful!

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Pleasant stay would go again but only short stops and based on price.
Pros:

Went based on price so wasnt expecting a huge amount, so clearly price was good, my room was in basement, which made me worry initially but was light enough and did have a window. Basic room/layout, very dated, but all clean as could tell, mattress and bedding comfy so that was main thing. was fine for a night but prob wouldnt want to stay for ages. can see some efforts gone into starting to update, and appreciate its hard and expensive to do, it was pleasent and would use again.

Cons:

Felt dated, only so much could do im sure and all a cost. nothing was bad that they could control easier, and would stay again.

Pros:

The location was great, and the room had a smart TV, a great breakfast, and choices, dog friendly, limited payable parking is convenient

Cons:

Paying £10 per night per dog, we had two with us,
Because you don't get anything different or extra, like a water bowl or dog treats

Pros:

The room we had was refurbished to a standard
The staff were very helpful 🙂

Cons:

The outside seating had a lot of cigarette stumps all around it that was there for the 2 nights we were there.

On the whole it was good stay.
Pros:

Rooms had a great sea view on the top floor, breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Bed was a bit of a mess, small duvet was all over the place. A fitted bottom sheet would have been a good idea.
There was a grim smell of sewage coming from the bedroom, had to keep the door closed when not using it.
