When booking 5 rooms or more, different terms and conditions will apply.

- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking

Friendly staff, rooms were dated and not liek the pictures on booking.com but they were clean. Bed was SO comfortable and the pillows were too. Bar staff friendly. Beautiful sea view! Really pleased and will definitely be visiting again.
Rooms were dated which didn't bother me at all but just wish the pictures online reflected the place. I would definitely stay again, it had a lovely feel. In a great location. Parking right outside .

We had the pet friendly room and although there was no smell and the room was immaculate the state of the carpet let it down
The rooms were affordable.
This hotel didn't have any booking.com bookings on the system. They did not have a room for us, so myself and my partner had to sleep in two single rooms rather than a double.

Location is great lovely views from hotel side and front rooms.. Staff were very helpful and pleasant only changed hands a week ago so no evening meals yet . A special thank you to Julie who was a local so gave us great tips of where to eat, drink and shop within 5 and 10 mins walk away, also the theatre is very close. We booked a superior room as it has a side view but not sure if the standard and two rooms as similar set up but without view. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, spotlessly clean. Lovely seating areas either side of the bar area. Has a lift, ballroom, pool table. Toilets near reception and bar area very well maintained and cleaned. Parked right outside it not sure if they have a car park at back.

The bathroom was smelly and cramped (toilet position) shower not great (one that is over the bath) breakfast wasn’t great either.
