- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking

The room was very dirty and inside the bathroom the floor was slippery with dirty as well as the walls.The room was smelling bad.Also the room was having lots of dusty.I asked the staff if they can clean the room for me and she came and just did what l think its there way of cleaning which makes the room to be dirty even if after cleaning.About the slippery floor inside the shower cubicle l asked the staff again to come and clean it ,but they left the place dirty.The service l got with the money l paid was not worthy it.The chair inside the room l booked was very dirty.The corridos leading to the room l booked was not smelling nice.Also the curtain inside the room l booked looks weird .My expectations were not met.l am so disappointed .

Hello I booked the Seafront hotel Llandudno for 27th August,on arrival at our room 218,we were confronted with a very smelly disgusting room,the carpet was filthy and well worn,the room was uneven with a gradient towards the door,a risen floorboard was visible beneath the carpet near to the window,my wife tripped and nearly hit the window,there was blood stains on the carpet next to the bed,and what I can describe as semen stains on the bed frame,the bathroom stunk,the walls near to the bed had peeling paint and damp stains,my wife has asked me to take legal action,we booked because my granddaughter was celebrating her 15th Birthday,as we could not find a hotel to book a new room,we had to catch the train home,the reception staff said I should contact you for a refund,I have video evidence of the room and photos
We love our room and the staff are so friendly can’t fault them, room was spotless, dog friendly hotel and brilliant breakfast loads of choice.
Evening meals are bar food very basic and fish was frozen fish not fresh

Very busy location without a designated parking area for the hotel.
Breakfast was very good with good selection. We wish we had more information available about the menu as we thought it was only continental until another guest said it was a choice of cooked full breakfast or continental self serve. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable and contained everything we required for a relaxing stay. The few days we stayed were very easy and stress free.
The meal options should be advertised and mentioned more. Our rooms were looking out at the back of the hotel and was noisy from delivery lorries early morning but that is something that can't be altered. My room had no blind in the bathroom and outside was a security light that worked on a motion sensor, so at various times through night I woke up to bright light shining into the room. Simple blind would have helped.

My room was a very small box room but I had two dogs with me and it was just an overnight stay. Breakfast was adequate and buffet style. The bar menu was limited and as the food came from the restaurant kitchen I thought you would be able to choose from that menu. It wouldn’t have been difficult for the staff to bring it into the bar as it was next door
The breakfast was exceptional the choice was fantastic and as for the bacon wow wo wow.....
...We also took our little doggy...which was a bonus.
We booked a superior double room ..It was fantastic massive with 2 large windows. Its the best hotel we have found and we have been to many many many over the years 5 stars all the way.
