When booking 5 rooms or more, different terms and conditions will apply.

- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking

The bar, restaurant and entertainment was brilliant.
Location was a bit far out from the centre of everything which meant lots of long walks & aching legs!
The twin room we stayed in was very small and cramped, and very basic.
The staff were lovely as was the food
The room was in disrepair. Cracked ceiling and wall. Chunks of wood missing around the door. Mold around the shower and the tap in the bathroom was loose .a chunk of plaster missing on a corner of the wall. I asked if they had a different room but she said they were fully booked. We cut our holiday short and went home on the Wednesday.
The room was as advertised on the website so that was great. The location was excellent as we had come for a wedding close by the hotel. The food was amazing,delicious and well presented. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and respectful. We had a lovely stay and will be back again to this hotel.

Room only booking, although breakfast was available if we wanted it but thought the price was a bit too high (14.99 each).
Not much room in the bathroom to put toiletries etc, surprised they have ceased to put small toiletries, using only soap dispensers cause to shower and sink (which was very small, I might add). Cleaners only came into room if needed, no daily change of towels/bedding unless you request them from reception. This was not a problem for us.
The lift was too small to take wheelchair and very rickety only taking 2 people at a time.
We were on top floor and corridors were small and tight , stairs were not good. I can't believe this hotel is suitable for elderly as even the steps were too steep to the entrance so not very good for anyone with health issues.
Room was tired, curtains not fitted to rail, window broken.
Room very cold as no heating even though reception said it was on timer. Reception sent plug in heater to room which was appreciated .
No pressure on shower and taps fell off in hand.
Staff very friendly. Breakfast acceptable. Felt this hotel catered more for coach parties than private guests like ourselves.
The restaurant choices, apart from breakfast were very limited and very small time frame in which to eat due to coach parties taking preference
