Perfect and unforgettable
Pros:

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite as I had mentioned it was my husbands 60th. The suite had spectacular views, beautiful bathroom and all very comfortable and well kitted out.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff was amazing, the room was super nice and provided a great aesthetic! And it was super comfortable!! the hotel itself *chefs kiss* 10/10 I would definitely recommend!!! I do plan on booking again soon!!! Great location!!

Pros:

What I liked most was the hotel’s proximity to downtown and the convenience of having a coffee shop on the ground floor — especially the iced London Fog, which was excellent. The staff were also great throughout my stay. The room itself was quite nice, with a comfortable bed, a spacious and clean layout, and a bright atmosphere that made it feel welcoming.

Cons:

The main downside was the shower and overall water pressure, which was suboptimal. Taking a shower felt like drudgery because of how minimal the water pressure was. The other major disappointment was the small parking area, especially considering guests also have to pay for parking.

Pros:

I like its location

Cons:

I ended up cancelling this reservation because when I arrived they had no parking available and the front desk told me it would be 10pm or later before they had parking and I could check in but nowhere to park.

This is a nice hotel within walking distance to points of interest.
Pros:

This place is perfect if you are running in the Derby festival mini or full marathon. The race starts and ends nearby.

Cons:

The property was mostly great, but the parking lot is too small to accommodate all guests.
