Bardzo miła obsługa, pyszne śniadania, czysty, przestronny basen z sauną i jaccuzi. Hotel przyjazny dla zwierząt - na dzień dobry pies dostał miskę i zabawkę. Świetna lokalizacja - blisko centrum i stacji kolejowej.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, częściowo rekompensowany przez wentylator.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Fajnie, że w hotelu są baseny i spa. Pozwala to się zrelaksować po podroży. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pomimo mojego krótkiego pobytu oceniam hotel na dobry,

Cons:

Nie do końca doczyszczony pokój ( głównie łazienka). Płatne szlafroki. Do tej pory jak podróżowałam wszędzie były bezpłatne.

W porządku.
Pros:

Obiekt jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, krótki spacer do centrum. Smaczne śniadania. Strefa wellness bez zastrzeżeń.

Cons:

Niestety jesteśmy zawiedzeni pokojami. Wybraliśmy pokój z balkonem za dodatkową opłatą, a z balkonu nie mogliśmy korzystać ze względu na trwające prace, chodzących robotników. Chodzenie na balkonie zdecydowanie nie wpisywało się w zasady BHP. Uważam, że hotel powinien informować o takich utrudnieniach przy rezerwacji, płaceniu lub chociażby przy zameldowaniu się. Niestety nic z tych rzeczy. Obsługa nie poinformowała o utrudnieniach.

Edit (20.07) Skontaktował się z nami dyrektor hotelu. Wyjaśniliśmy całą sytuację i mimo braku dostępu do tarasu, mogę polecić hotel.

Kolejny super pobyt
Pros:

Kolejny super pobyt, tym razem latem,a nie jesienią. Lokalizacja super,w nocy spokojnie,cisza. Basen,sauna dostępne cały czas jest super rozwiązaniem w razie niepogody. Śniadanie rewelacja,duży wybór. Pokoje bez klimatyzacji, ale chociaż był wiatrak. Pojawiły się urocze woreczki z mini kosmetykami. Miła obsługa.
