לא היה מיזוג בחדרים
הגעתי עם הילדים והזמנתי שני חדרים צמודים ושמוהאתנו בשתי קצוות הקומה
בחדר שצמוד לילדים היה כלב שלא הפסיק לנבוח
החדר היה לא ממוזג לעומת אחרים וממש חם,
לא מנקים את החדרים (שירותים) בכלל בשהיה
ארוחת הבוקר עלובה מאוד מאוד
ממליץ לא להתקרב ממש מקום גרוע
המוות לא שירותי וממש מקובע
בקיצור המקום הגרוע ביותר שהיינו

Great stay, great food
Pros:

The personnel was top notch. The food was a real gastronomical experience (maybe one of the best in the region).
The rooms were spacious and clean. The massage, an absolute recommended experience.
I liked that there was a playground for kids

Egyébként kellemes hely!
Pros:

Modem, igen jól felszerelt szálloda. Rendkívüli étterem, finom ételekkel, tökéletes kiszolgálással!

Cons:

Rendkívül alulméretezett wellness részleg, a medence egy nagyobb jacuzzi méretével egyező, használatához bejelentkezés szükséges a korlátozott befogadóképesség miatt! A wellness emeleti nyitott teraszán érdekes látvány fogadja az embert, fa paraván vesz körbe, hogy elzárjon az azonos szinten lévő szobák ablakától! Az emeletről kilátást remélve a Tátra csúcsaira csak a paraván fölötti bádogtetőt láthatjuk! Ehhez képest a szálloda udvarán lévő parkoló túlméretezett! A kertben sehol egy nyugágy, vagy pad, hogy élvezzük a környezet és a táj szépségét! A földszinten lévő lobbi egy sötét, ablak nélküli sarokban kapott helyet, ehhez képest a mellette lévő recepcióból pompás kilátás nyílik a kertre!

Myslím, že ubytování, které jsme měli odpovídá maximálně hotelu s 3 hvězdičkami, ne se čtyřmi.
Pros:

Výborné byly večeře z jídelního lístku.
Celkově hezký hotel.
Výměna ručníků také v pořádku.
Wellness jsme nevyužili, takže nemůžu hodnotit.

Cons:

Chyběla lednice, na pokoji byl pouze plný minibar, který spíš hřál než chladil.
Nefunkční klimatizace, nefunkční ovladač ke klimatizaci. Malé okno s výhledem na střechu se solárními panely.
Pokoje byly malé.
Snídaně nic moc, bílý jogurt byl pouze smetanový. Snídaně byly v podstatě každý den úplně stejné, chybělo nám třeba vařené vejce. Rádi ochutnáváme sladké pečivo, ale zde byly každý den pouze kupované koblihy s různou náplní.
Postele spíš menší, matrace hodně měkké, polštáře divné (hodně měkké, náplň v nich byla nerovnoměrně rozložená).
Byly jsme ubytovaní 5 nocí, ale myslím, že pokoj nebyl vysátý za tu dobu ani jednou.
