I booked a room on 6/27 -6/28. I spoke to manager at time Explained to him that was looking to change day 6//27- 6/28 into 6/28 6/29/ was told yes no problem from Manager on site on 6/27-6/28 to come after 12pm noon when I came to hotel on 6/29 to check in was told by Management that I could change date. I THINK IT WAS NOT FAIR BECAUSE THEIR STAFF Manager at The Time Gave OK IT Should be honored on the Promise of coming next day

The smell was horrible, ceiling had mold/bedbugs. We didn’t even stay and got another place instead. Please save your money as this is no refund.

There was what looked like a prostitute hanging out on the stairs

There was nothing we liked about this place.

Cons:

The room smelled really bad. There was a car air freshener hanging from the curtain, but it had lost that battle long ago. I went to ask for air freshener, but the guy behind the counter gave me his cologne instead. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was full of mold and the toilet moved from side to side when we used it. We were in the room for no more than 10 minutes. We absolutely could not stay there. I went to the desk to turn the keys back in and that's when he told me to contact booking.com for a refund. I left a 1.star Google review because of the conditions of the place. The man called me and asked me to change my review. Then he told me I would only get a refund for 1 night, not the 2 will paid for. Very bad experience
