Pros:

Clean, a lot of space in the room, modern, staff friendly & helpful.

We needed a bag for dirty laundry & they were able to get us a bag.

My son also was talking about wanting bacon but there was none at the breakfast bar. An employee asked if he wanted bacon & brought him bacon.

Disappointed it ruined me and my wife's day.

Cons:

I have never had to have a fee held because I live in town! 250.00 is ridiculous, we will put on our social media this information, the booking site didn't inform us nor the staff. I found out after checking in. It ruined our 25th wedding anniversary, being punished for wanting to get away from home.
