pool on top, rooms
rather expensive food/drinks
We love this hotel!! And stay here all the time when in Tulum. The rooms are always very clean and nice. We always pay for breakfast included. PLEASE NOTE if you stay here--sadly-they do not tell you if you order anything at all off the menu you pay full price for the item!! We had paid for breakfast with our room-my sister ordered off the breakfast menu--at the end of eating she was asked to pay full price for ordering off the menu. No one told us that if you ordered off the menu you pay Full price for the item--no discount even for the money you had paid. Naala and the restaurant need to straighten this out. We stayef 4 days and even did a business breakfadt whete we
did pay all the charges and tipped well, The restaurant needs to tell guests up front if you order anything off the menu you pay full price.
Very good value for money. The room was particularly good - great size, bathroom area, and balcony with a courtyard view. Friendly and helpful staff.
The included breakfast was so disappointing we only got it once (e.g. we were offered scrambled eggs, but no bread included unless we bought it separately; there were cereals and yogurts left out, but no bowls or cutlery provided to take any).
Prices for additional drinks and food are ^very^ high, but I think this is typical for Tulum. Only food/drinks purchased on site are allowed in the pool area, which discouraged us from using it. The bikes were expensive ($12, 200 pesos per day), a typical price for Tulum, but the ones that are provided are in desperate need of maintance (broken gears, missing lights, clunky embedded locks - they felt unsafe to ride around areas with cars). Room cleaning needed better timing - we missed some days, some of which were because we were in the room, but others we had been out until after 3pm (leaving the sign on the door) but cleaners didn't come until after we were back and we didn't want to vacate after a long hot day trip with an early start.
Lovely hotel in central location to explore Tulum and its many sights and beaches.
Breakfast was good, the pool was lovely and our room was spotless.
You have Tulum pueblo on your doorstep, we loved exploring especially in the evening's when it was cooler and the city comes to life. Excellent location for trips, we visited the sian kaan biosphere, tulum ruins, mayan village and cenotes.
The hotel / beach zone is hard to beat in terms of beaches/ambience. Tulum is a brilliant option if you like a mix of town and beaches and this hotel is in a prime location.
We were travelling as a family and I felt perhaps the hotel was more suited to adult travellers, although there were other children staying I couldn't see a kids menu for the restaurant and it would have been nice to focus on kids in some way.
Location / nice place /
Breakfast - I think for a 4 star hotel breakfast was 2 star quality
Buen servicio, limpio y moderno.
Su restaurante los desayunos no había variedad.
4 star hotel categories mostly give caffee machine, l didnt have it in my room, but after l requested ,they provided it to me.
Facilities
Breakfast and attention from servers
