Good value for the money
Pros:

Cons:

Dismal water pressure. After checking with the staff it seems to be a common issue.

Very good and would stay there again if in the area.

At check in there was an issue that apparently there were 3 reservations that were made, one was canceled, one was paid for and the third reservation was not paid. Nick who was our client representative checking up in was extremely helpful in clearing up the problem. He was very calm and kept me calm through the whole situation. He was the best!

Cons:

Everything was great except for the water pressure in the bathroom sink. Also, the shower curtain was so high off of the floor that there was so much water on the floor every time we took a shower. If the shower curtain rod wasn't 7 feet high. It would have made the shower curtain closer to the floor, which would have been better.

Clean room and excellent staff.

Cons:

While the hotel building is newer, the rooms have some wear and tear, including a loose shower handle and spout that pulled out of the wall.entirely, and USB charging ports that didn't work.

Home away from home!!!!!
Pros:

Our home away from home!!!!!!! The bed was very soft and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included every morning with the different varieties of food. We liked that we could get coffee or hot chocolate at anytime, day or night. The location was awesome, being so close to the beach. We had a wonderful getaway!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Nothing.It is a great place to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Exactly what we needed.
Pros:

Such a small detail, but one we appreciated very much. The best coffee that we've ever had at any hotel stay! Breakfast was plentiful and good, also. Our TV wasn't working; we reported it to the front desk and when we got back a couple of hours later, there was a new tv in our room. Now that's SERVICE!

Pros:

Clean, easy to get to & located right near the things we needed/wanted. Rooms were clean & the walk in shower was nice vs. dingy tubs that are in most hotel rooms

My stay was very nice!
Pros:

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I absolutely loved the 24 hour coffee machine and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was very clean. The shower was amazing and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The pool was dirty with stuff floating in, it states that there is a hot tub on the website, when we got to the pool area there was NO hot tub. Other guests were also complaining about it. I was double charged and took 24 hrs to get my $ back that I was overcharged by.
