Pros:

I liked the 1900's era that it was set in except no TV. But then thats the era.

Cons:

No TV.

Pros:

Quirky, has a delightful themed old style with comfy beds and good heating. Music playing on iPad was a great vibe. Perfect genre for us. Breakfast items supplied, unexpected and appreciated.
Excellent location with huge verandah over the footpath. Good communication. A fire or gas type fire heater would boost the ambience. Framed Arnott biscuit posters a nice touch.

Cons:

Dusty. Needs a good deep clean. Artificial plants layered in dust. Blind in bathroom needs replacing. Outdoor furniture on verandah needed cleaning before use. Whole area needed a good sweep and unused/dumped items removed.
Diffuser in bathroom probably dried up months ago and hair dryer not working. A shame about these because it is really a great little place to stay.

Bring your own hair dryer and eye mask and you will have a lovely stay.
Pros:

I mostly went out for breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of town.

Cons:

I had to bring my own hairdryer as it has still not been replaced. (They are $12 in KMart.) There is a hall light that cannot be switched off which shines in through a 100 x 15cm high window into the bedroom. The light is so bright I had to buy an eye mask in order to sleep. There appears to be no hot water in the hand basin until I worked out that the hot water comes out of the BLUE tap, and the cold water comes out of the RED tap. Just a bit quirky. Also the only one window does not stay open so needs to be propped up for fresh air.

A unique and wonderful experience
Pros:

Central location on Morpeth Main Street opposite the bakery and right near the river. 2 bedrooms with massive comfortable beds and a huge balcony to enjoy the lovely weather. The owners bought us fresh milk, orange juice, monte Carlo’s and a yummy muesli which was a beautiful touch. The soaps in the bathroom and shower were very luxurious. Bathroom was stunning.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The self check in was easy to use, the quirky decor was pleasant to chill in, the room had absolutely everything you'd need for a comfortable few night stay, close to local eateries, great coffee machine, spacious shower and a lovely mini view of the river. Have booked again. Thank you so much.

Pros:

It was very quirky, which I loved. The packet of Monte Carlo biscuits was a fun touch as the suite was named that.

Cons:

The top back bedroom got a bit of road noise from old bridge at night. No TV was a surprise but fine. Was a little difficult getting suit cases upstairs - but we should have maybe packed less.

Great place to stay. Property was quiet and comfortable and situated in a great location.
Pros:

ate out for breakfast. The accommodation was in a great location right in the heart of Morpeth's main street. Had some things to do in East Maitland and it was an easy 10 minutes' drive away.

Lovely room, though no TV, so if you are by yourself, bring a Tablet.
Pros:

The room itself was very spacious and there was plenty of goodies, ie in the Vovo room there was a packet of Iced Vovo's, very nice touch.

Cons:

I cut my foot on a rusty piece of metal sticking up from the floor. It was a part of the floor.

No TV. Yeah, that's on me for not reading the fine print.
