Pros:

Svårt med betygssättning. Hade varit mycket bättre om luftkonditioneringen hade fungerat. Nu blev det en plågsamt varm natt med öppet fönster mot järnvägsstationen. Inte mycket sömn.

Cons:

Att luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade. Blev därför väldigt dålig inomhusmiljö.

Schwitzende Nächte ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Die Junior Suite war ganz schön.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Ein paar Bedienstete gaben uns zumindest etwas das Gefühl, das man sich bemüht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Bahnhof gleich daneben. Die Altstadt liegt auch gleich um's Eck.

Cons:

Beim Check-in hat man uns gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist und konnte auch während unseres 3 tägigen Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden. Und das bei sehr heißen Außentemperaturen. Dadurch sehr schlecht geschlafen, weil die Polster ordentlich durchgeschwitzt wurden. Tipp war, man könnte Nachts die Fenster öffnen. Da das Zimmer aber zu den Bahnsteigen raus war (das gilt für alle Zimmer dieser Kategorie, darum war selbst der Vorschlag von Stock 3 in Stock 7 zu wechseln völlig wertlos und total sinnbefreit, weil es je weiter oben wahrscheinlich noch wärmer ist), war an einen ruhigen Schlaf mit geöffneten Fenstern nicht zu denken. Der angebotene Ventilator brachte nichts. Man hatte uns zumindest als Entschädigung das Parkhaus nicht verrechnet.
Beim Betreten des Zimmers war die Couch mit Bettwäsche bezogen. Brauchten wir nicht, weil wir nur zu zweit waren. Leider war das Personal nach der ersten Bitte nicht fähig, die Couch wieder umzufunktionieren. Es wurde nur, warum auch immer, 1xDecke/Polster entfernt.
Wir hatten 2 Fernseher im Zimmer, aber die eine vorhandene Fernbedienung funktionierte bei beiden Geräten nicht. Das konnte vom Personal an der Rezeption nicht behoben werden (Batteriewechsel?). Aber wir haben den Tipp erhalten, dass das im Zimmer befindliche Tablet auch die Fernseher bedienen kann.
Es dürfte vorher eine Familie mit Kind im Zimmer gewesen sein. Die Schmierfinger-Abdrücke waren den ganzen Aufenthalt über an der Glastüre der Toilette sichtbar.
Die leere Tube des Duschgels wurde nach Tag 1 vom Housekeeping nicht ausgetauscht.
Alles im allem mehr Schatten als Licht. Leider.

Disappointing. Uncomfortable.

Breakfast was decent and the staff good. Position is perfect.

Cons:

For four days the air con was broken. My room was like a greenhouse. I had single occupancy of a double room and for two people it would have been very, very small. Only one side of the bed was easily accessible and only one side had a reading light. The shower was too small. When I reported the stifling heat in the room I was quickly given a fan. None of the windows was capable of being opened.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die sich wirklich gut um die Gäste kümmern.
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage war wegen der ungewöhnlichen Hitze ausgefallen. Beim Einchecken wurde das Leonardo (Intercity) als Ausweichmöglichkeit angeboten. Dort wird gerade noch umgebaut, aber die fertigen Zimmer sind gut.
